bluetooth subwoofer with Sonos?

Hello, I have bought a new sofa “paramount” from Sofology UK. It comes with vibrating seat function for enhanced movie experience. Not considering how locked down the Sonos system is I have clearly overlooked this. The sofa can connect via Bluetooth to the Tv and works fine but this means not using my beam or 100s that I use for surrounds. I appreciate this is a long shot but is there any work around I could do to make use of the sofa. Only option I have come up with is to link my phone to the sofa and play the film both on my tv and phone at the same time, but this would not work for any live Tv and is also just a faff. Thank you in advance for any help.

None that I’m aware of. Sonos doesn’t have a ‘add a Bluetooth stream’, or frankly any other output for other speakers in their Home Theater system. The ‘best’ I’m aware of is the use of a third party Subwoofer output when using the Sonos Amp to drive two third party speakers as your ‘fronts’, but nothing with the soundbars.

I don’t think you would be able to get prefect sync  for Sonos between your sound system and your vibrating chair.  However, you could get a Sonos port connect to a bluetooth transmitter, that connects to your sofa.  You can then group your Port with you home theatre room (Beam).  For music, grouping would be pretty accurate as the the Port and Beam would be in sync, and the only delay would be in bluetooth.  For TV you’ll have about a 70 ms delay, which may or may not be an issue since all you’re getting is vibrations.

Of course, that’s not a cheap option.

Sonos doesn't offer Bluetooth output.

Trying to use another devices Bluetooth output and sync it to Sonos provided audio is likely very difficult to impossible.
