Arc keeps beeping on and off and loses sound on various channels but not all

You might want to wait for the issue to happen, submit a diagnostic within a few minutes, and then call Sonos support.

Voice assistant installed on the Arc? Common for sound to duck during false wakenings.

It drives me crazy to. Sound on my Beam gen 2 goes out for about 2 to 3 seconds then comes back on. So now on Black Friday such a great deal I purchased Arc Ultra for replacement. I’m waiting to see what will happen. Should it happen again returning and buying a Samsung.

Should it happen again, it”s likely not the Sonos, but an issue with the signal feeding it.

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, their lawyers get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

How old was the Beam? Did you check the issue with Support? As other users have said, could be related with the SVC?

As @Airgetlam says, if it happen again, it’s not something related with the Sonos bars.
