I have the beam soundbar connected via HDMI (eARC), with a Sub Mini connected wirelessly to the beam. Each time I turn the tv off, the sub disconnects from the Beam. I have to unplug the Beam, then power it back on - the sub reconnects. Any suggestions to keep the Sub Mini connected to the Beam?

Hi
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your Sub disconnecting from your Beam.
I wasn’t able to find your support case when I looked, but I did find the diagnostics made from your system. Looking into it, there is a DHCP Proxy Failure message causing the Sub to not receive an IP, meaning your router isn’t giving an IP address to your Sub. I’m not sure why turning your TV off would cause this error to occur, but it explains why rebooting fixes it temporarily and why support mentioned it was related to your internet provider (thought it’s not actually your internet provider, but your router/network).
Can you provide your network details, such as your routers make and model, as well as the makes and models any additional equipment you use, such as extenders? There are steps that certain routers can perform to help resolve this, so if you have one that matches, I can provide those details. Otherwise, wiring your Sonos Beam would prevent this issue from occurring; I’d recommend wiring the Beam directly to your router in this case.
I hope this helps!
