Any help available.
I have a playbar that has an optical cable for its input. My new TV (Toshiba) uses a RF remote so I can’t set the volume up as it only recognises IR. Any advice?

Which Toshiba? Most companies have a method (often buried in the settings) to switch the remote from RF to IR, since there are so many other devices still out there that use IR rather than CEC/ARC as a control method.
Buy an IR remote.
