I accidentally charged my Sonos Ace with a USB instead of a USB - C.  Might I have damaged my Sonos Ace?

Hello, following the configuration of the Sonos ACE, I notice a sizzling at the right speaker level. What to do? Thank you!

Hi everyone. Please how do I put my Sonos Ace to sleep? Does it sleep on its own after a period of inactivity? 

I got my headphone, and overall, I am quite happy with them. The Swap feature with ARC is quite cool I must say. But, what would make these headphones feel like I bought a high-end SONOS product is for me to be able to use the SONOS grouping, which I understand is not a feature. But...if now we can swap the HDMI input from ARC to the headphones, I do not see why I cannot use my ARC or ERA300 to drive the headphones through sonos app without a TV. Let us swap from supported speakers for them to drive the headphones, and we have a good-enough product for now that feels and works much more integrated with the SONOS system.

Can I connect the Ace to an Apple TV 4K (2nd Generation) via Bluetooth..!?

I just received my Ace headphones and I am overjoyed so far. The one issue is that I have multiple Sonos Arc soundbars and when I go to add TV swap it is only seeing one. What am I doing wrong?

Was exploring the idea of integrating a Sonos app into the car's app feature. Since the headphone comes with the "situational awareness" feature (and sometimes I'm guilty of having them on my head regardless of the feature) it would be cool to see how that could be used as an extension to the traveling experiences. 

I purchased 2 pair of Ace headphones and trying to return one of them. The pair I’m returning I also purchased the 1yr warranty. When I try to submit the Money Back Guarantee form on the Sonos website, I get an error message saying it can’t be returned online with a link to Create Support Case. I received an email in about 10min saying “I understand that you've contacted us regarding the extender warranty on your most recent order with us. I'll do my best to help you with your request.”  Just want to submit a return. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi I have an iPhone 15 and Sonos ace. can I get a DAC connector and wire my headphones to my phone and get hi res lossless?  any help would be great before I buy a DAC.  Thanks  craig 

I use the ace headphones in office as my primairy video calling headset. In a busy office environment I get complaints for other people in the meeting that they can hear a lot of noise from other people talking in the room. As for my side: I can either choose aware mode and experience the same. Hear all the noise in the room and my own voice, or I can switch on anc and the room goes completely silent and I cannot hear myself properly anymore. There is no in between (sometimes reffered to as side tone) where me and the people in the meeting can only hear my voice clearly, but all the other noise is cancelled.This makes them pretty much useless for office calls. I’m going to take a page from the Peter Pee’s review book and give you (IMO) the main highlight up front…Main Highlight Sound Swap is WORKING!!!!You’ve really gott’a watch  a movie like Top Gun: Maverick to really appreciate the sensation of objects in time and space. I have had the Sonos Ace headphones for a few days now and for what it is worth here is my feedback which may or may not be useful info to other community members sitting on the fence with this product.Pros:Looks and Feels like a quality product.I like the sound profile based on listening to a wide variety of songs from my music library.Effective ANC.Unlike others, I have had no issues with the initial setup and subsequent updates.Unlike others, I do not appear to have the issue with right ear static.Cons:I keep going into the Sonos app to stream my music to it - Lol.The Wear Detection on my unit is hit and miss, mostly miss. Hopefully a software issue and not a bad IR sensor???I have Beam and Ray soundbars so no sound swap as yet. Hello everyone. Last night I started using my new Sonos Ace connected to the Sonos ARC.  I like the sound and things so far looks like there are working the way it is suppose to work. What I noticed is that when using the regular bluetooth connection to listen to media using my iPhone the battery do last a lot and it get discharge slowly. On the other hand, when is connected to the ARC the battery get drained much faster. I know it is normal, because wifi connection (the one that is being use while connected to the ARC) drain a lot of battery. At night, I watch long hours of TV.  I decided to plug a light (good quality) cable to the ACE to charge it while I am using it with the ARC.  The battery is always full and never drains and again, the sound is very good. Here is the question… Am I, (some way)  actually doing harm to the battery life of the ACE or is it is completely safe to do so. Thank you in advance for your information. Sorry for the typos in the headings/subject.  Was not ab

I bought the Sonos Ace because of the aptx losless feature. I have an Asus Zenfone 10, so it should have worked. No problems with my Master & Dynamics MW09 at all. But the Sonos Ace just give me aptx adaptive. No Snapdragon Sound. Then in some tracks I have constant noises similar to when playing a very old vinyl record. I really wanted to love them.....but it is just disappointing. Anybody similar issues?

Sony and JBL are planning on making their new/recent  headphones findable as part of the android find my device network. Could the same happen with the Sonos Ace. Would be very useful 

Howdy friends, Is it possible to use your Sonos system to connect your turntable to the Sonos Ace headphones?  Have a pre-amp with Port connected to Pro-Ject turntable which is then connected to my Sonos speakers.   Will the Ace function the same as a Move or Move 2? (just another speaker?)Thank you.

I want to buy new Sonos ace headphones but why would I when Sonos is deserting its client base by appalling app “upgrade” that denies many of Sonos’s previous attributes. 

I just got the new headphones and I can’t get them to work with Google meet on multiple devices. Is anyone else having this issue?

We did not need another pair of Bluetooth only headphones. What would have been a home run is if the headphones were a unique zone within the Sonos network that could be grouped and have access all Sonos content sources. That would have set the. Apart and made them a must have for people with Sonos systems. Not as if the architecture isn’t already available in small size with the Sonos roam. A complete miss.
