I got my Sonos Ace las friday and been using them for the weekend. The right auricular keeps crackling, like if it looses fidelity and the noise cancellation. So disapointed from a product I’ve been waiting for so long. I’ve just printed the return label and will be taking them to UPS returning office.
I would perhaps have followed the Staff advice in the other thread on this issue… see here:
