Is there any plan to be able to use the Sonos Ace headphones with the Arc at the same time? I have a few older clients who want to be able to use headphones at a certain volume due to hearing impairment, but their partner would like to still hear from the sound from the Sonos Arc at normal levels
Hi there, everytime I turn on my sonos ace, usually there is a blue light which allows me to know that it is on. However, these past few days, when I turn on my headphone, the light just blink blue once and it does not stay there. This makes it difficult for me to know whether my headphone is on or off. if you guys have any solutions, please let me know. Thank you
Hey all. I don’t know if I’m super late to updating to 2.10.4 but I was just wondering is there’s any patch notes for it? can’t seem to find anything about it anywhere. thanksDanny
The noise-cancelling button of his headphones sometimes has to be pressed twice to respond, and sometimes it can be pressed twice to be noise-cancelling and transparent.
Hi everyone, really frustrated with an ongoing problem with my Sonos Ace headphones.Essentially, everytime I play audio from my iPhone (regardless of the app) it he audio immediately pauses and no sound is delivered.I have spoken to Sonos support and they suggested the sensors inside the headphones. I did notice that the inserts were slightly misaligned but at that point the audio was working ok.This morning however, the same problem is occurring and the sensor are not obscured in any way.Can anyone help? Is this a fault?
Can you play Sonos headphones and Sonos speakers simultaneously? If so, which set up is best?
Hi there, Is there a chance that in future updates we will get LDAC support for Sonos Ace? Thing with AptX LL is that almost no phone on the market supports it… with Samsung we are stuck with AptX classic support :/
Hey Sonos, could you consider of textile cushions for Sonos Ace to buy as replacements?Textile ear cushions, such as the Air Pods Max, provide much better ventilation for long time listening.
I've recently been thinking about buying the Sonos Ace, my only doubt about the purchase is the possibility of using spatial audio and Dolby Atmos even without the Sonos soudbar to watch films from Apple TV or iPad Pro.Is it possible to use this function without a soundbar like the Beats Studio Pro?
Does anyone know if the fact that I can only connect my Sonos Ace to 2 bluetooth devices a physical limitation or a software limitation? Asking because if it is software, it would really be nice to be able to connect to more than 2. I currently connect it to my PC and my Phone, but would be nice to connect to my tablet at the same time without having to kill one of the connections.
.
Okay Sonos, you promised (live during the last AMA session) that the Ace would be updated with some kind of new TrueCinema capabilities by the end of July. It's July 31st and not a peep.…Should we be worried?
I am having difficulty connecting my Sono Ace to my Sonos Ray for the TV Swap feature. While it says I am “Connected” after following the steps, I cannot connect TV sound to the Ace. I called the tech support four separate times today, checked and have all the latest updates, and factory reset my headphones with no luck. Any ideas (I am about to give up. Great looking and fantastic Bluetooth sound, but without the convienent TV Swap feature at the price, I’d rather go with the Apple headphones
A lot of the time when i turn on the ace it does not show up in the sonos app. So it would be nice to have a feature, like on sony headphones, where a short press of the power button when the headphones are on, provides verbal report on the battery level. "90% Battery Remaining" etc.
Even when using line-in, there is a noticeable audio delay. It prevents them being used with electronic drums, or for any sort of music production/gaming application. Is there a way around this? Are there plans on the Sonos side to improve this? I understand that Bluetooth will always have some level of delay, but line-in should be instant. Sony’s WH-1000XM headphones do not suffer this issue.
How will usb headphones play music files stored on my android phone if sonos will not access sd file location?
I cannot get my Sonos Ace using the USB-C to 3.5mm cable. there is no audio .Using Bluetooth Works Using USB-C to USB-C cable works Anybody have any suggestions on how to solve this?
Hi everyone,Got my Ace headphones last week and really like them.A big issue I’m having is with the microphone, specifically with Slack (I don’t seem to have this issue with teams, google meets, phone calls, etc.).During slack calls, within a few minutes the Ace microphone seems to stop picking up audio. I’ve had several calls now where other people in the call suddenly stop being able to hear me. If I disconnect and reconnect to the call, that will usually buy me another few minutes before it happens all over again.I’ve checked all of my macbook audio/slack audio settings, and everything is how it should be.Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and/or found a way to fix it.
I can't connect the ace headphones to the Sonos app on android (pixels 7) Any tips?
Two negative points : - The leather like material is too warm wearing … really not so pleasant wearing it - Two Sonos Ace can not listen together to a movie, I suggest for next buyer to wait this is just a no go until this feature exists Otherwise it is fun using it and a nice add on to Sonos movie bar … the idea is great the conception not yet, the high-end look and fealing is enjoyable except theis annoying warm ear sensation when using it
Is anyone else having issues with no sound coming from one side of their headphones. I have only had these for less then 3 weeks and I have tried everything and I cannot get sound to play out of the right side of the headphones.
Today I bought a pair of Sonos Ace headphones. The sound quality and noise-canceling are great. And they are also quite comfortable to wear. But every time I change the volume or reconnect to a different audio source, my eardrums get blown out by one of these indicator sounds! Is there a way to disable those, or at least make them a lot more quiet?I use these headphones on my Windows 10 Laptop over Bluetooth and 3.5 mm TRS. For USB-C I’m currently missing the adapter. Thanks in advance
Hi,with ACE IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE DOLBY ATMOS SPATIAL SOUND FROM PS5 ? only using arc connected to PS5 and swap output to ace right ?Thanks Paolo
Can more than 1 ACE be connected to ARC at the same time ?
I have a number of sonos devices, 4 subs, an arc, a beam, 6 ones and a roam as well as ace headphones. Whenever I add the headphones to the sonos app it works to start with but once I've closed the app it will force close once I try and reopen it. I have to clear the apps storage and then discover my system and login making sure the headphones are not turned on. This then enables me to use the other devices and I can still use the headphones as long as I don't open the app when they are turned on. I've reset the headphone numerous times etc but no matter what I try the same problem occurs. This is on Android and using the latest app that was released a couple of days ago but has also been the case on the previous versions too. Has anyone had this problem and if so is there a fix for it?
