Bought the Sonos Ace headphones as soon as they were available.

The protective travel case has had a tricky zip on it from the day I got it, but finally today it has jammed completely.

Do Sonos replace these under warranty? Seems like a poorly designed zip. Or did I just have bad luck with the one on the case I got?

Your best bet is to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. I honestly have no idea in particular about replacement cases, but if you just purchased it, I’d think it was under warranty. 


Just bought Sonos Ace Headphone, they are amazing, except for  zipper on case.  I’ve had headphones for  two days and case zipper has failed, completely jammed.
