Do you know how to fix my Sonos Ace to produce sound and get the mic to work on Windows 11?
I’ve tried all the steps you could think of, but nothing has worked. I‘ve been uninstalling and reinstalling the hardware devices.

I had this issue a while back and finally stumbled on a solution.
1 - Tell Windows settings for bluetooth and tell it to Remove Device for the Sonos Ace.
2 - Restart Windows (apparently, it’s not truly forgotten till you restart)
3 - Reconnect Ace as a bluetooth device
This appears to be an issue with Windows, IMO. I my case, I had Ace connected to both my PC and phone via bluetooth multipoint, and an automatic switch from PC to phone (I received a phone call) made windows think Ace no longer had a mic, or something of that nature. Ace worked fine on every other device, including other PCs.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues getting your Ace working with your computer.
How are you connecting the Ace: Can you get any audio if you connect using either USB-C to USB-C, 3.5mm to USB-C, or Bluetooth? If not, test another source device (like a phone or tablet) to make sure you can get audio from the Ace.
Since you’re connecting to a computer then I’d recommend using the USB-C to USB-C cable as; the 3.5mm to USB-C can’t transmit microphone data, and many built-in motherboard Bluetooth transmitters are low quality. Make sure your computer and Sonos Ace are up to date, but if you can’t get any audio from the Ace using either of those connections, that makes me think the issue is with the computer.
The Microsoft community may have answers regarding this, or another community user may have had a similar issue that they resolved, but if you test the above and have issues with all three connection types then I’d suggest contacting our support team as they have the necessary tools available to help you troubleshoot this issue.
