When connecting the headphones to the TV will the TV still play through my other Sonos speakers? My wife is hard of hearing and want to her use the headphones while we are both watching TV

If you use the optical output from the TV and optical input to the Sonos you can add an optical splitter and send sound to both by adding [wired] an optical input headphone amp or [Bluetooth] an optical input Bluetooth transmitter.
You won’t get all the fancier HDMI only stuff but it will work well.
