Please explain what you mean by “everything”.

How are you trying to connect it, usb or Bluetooth

Do you have a link to the technical document for that computer?

And also please clarify if it’s not connecting at all or it works for speaker, but not mic, or vice versa.

ok sorry.
I purchased the headphones yesterday.
When connected to an iPhone it works great
When connected to my computer, I don't even see the Sonos in the bluetooth connection options
I restarted the headphones and the computer, brought them closer together, looked for updates in the device manager, even downloaded some kind of Sonos app for connecting systems to the computer, but that didn't work either.
When I connect with a cable I hear strange noises.
What can be done?

Is the Ace LED showing the Ace is in pairing mode?

Do you have the Ace set to connect to two Bluetooth devices or are you removing the iPhone before trying the computer?

Are you using the Sonos USB cable? Which one?

Try turning on then holding the button for around 10 seconds the light will blink and tee Ace will be in pairing mode longer. Remove both cables first as hooking to a computer and not a charger can confuse things.

Probably best to read the user manual to see the button options for yourself. It has the complete setup and operation information as well.
