Welcome and farewell sound on Sonos Ace

It seems my Sonos Ace are lacking the ‘welcoming’ and ‘farewell’ sound when turned on and off or working, well, on and of, at least experienced not indicating this on a regular basis.
 
It’s quite annoying not really knowing if the agre turned on or off.
 
They have been update 1-2 times since i bought them in advance as pre-order at www.sonos.com when launced, recently updated to latest 3.1.4.e16.1c539 version late 2024.

Due to the lack of other suggestions a support call is probably going to be needed.

Do the Factory Reset of ONLY the Ace, update and see if it helped.

Thanks ​@Stanley_4, ok, did follow Factory Reset instructions for rebooting Sonos Ace at https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/reset-your-sonos-product, but it didn’t seem to solve this issue, and it didn’t need update, as current version still seems to be the 3.1.4-e16e1c539.
