Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

There are two copies of an album in the Sonos music library, but only one in the actual music folder. I have cleared the recycle bin. I have reindexed the Sonos library several times.

I just received a Roam SL for Father's Day and tried to add it to my existing system.  It requires an update, but will not allow the update.  I get error 1002 and later, Error 1000.  And before you ask, I do not have a Sonos Bridge... whatever that is.  How can I make this work?

After months of accepting sound cutting in my Sonos Beam 2 + Samsung Smart TV finally I found today solution by coincidence. I was digging into options and changed only one setting: All Settings/ Sound/ Expert Setting/ HDMI-eARC change to Auto and that’s all.

For those of you who already replaced Sonos One:s with Era 300:s for surround speakers, what is your experience? Was it worth it?

Hello Sonos Community,I’ve encountered a frustrating issue since the latest release of the Sonos app. I can no longer play Italian radio stations from the UK (radio Deejay for example).I attempted to resolve this by contacting customer service, but the experience was less than ideal. I was faced with an estimated 85-90 minute wait, and there was no status update about my queue position. The hold music was also quite nerve-wracking.When I finally got through to a representative, she suggested I change my address to a different country. This solution seems both ridiculous and impractical. Why should I have to falsify my location when I am legally entitled to listen to these radio stations regardless of where I am?Even more perplexing, I can still access these radio stations through Alexa without any issues. I have a TV with an Arc connected by HDMI, then two wireless speakers, an Era 100 and a Roam. They’re distributed around an open space, so my goal is to hear TV on all three speakers.This works great with non TV, such as Spotify. But for TV audio, the wireless speakers are slightly delayed. It creates a bad sound similar to a school assembly in an echoy gym.I’ve found audio sync features to make it worse, but none to make it better. For example in the Sonos app in settings there’s a Group Audio Delay, which _adds_ delay to the Era and Roam speakers (though doesn't add delay to the wired Arc).I think what this really needs is a TV feature to delay the video, and then for the Sonos speakers to coordinate with each other and stay in sync.I’d like to add a Sub to my system, but since that’s wireless too, I’m worried that it won’t work.What confuses me is that I see you can use wireless speakers like the Era for surround sound. Is the delay in that case

(My apologies. I should have posted this is the Speakers section) I’ve had a nightmarish experience with Sonos ever since the app debacle and I’m hoping someone is able to assist me getting a simple Arc Soundbar/Sub/Era 300 surround system up and running. I’ve attempted to hardwire all of them but the rear Era 300s simply REFUSE to connect via Ethernet. Granted, I already had two USB-C to Ethernet adapters from Insignia (Best Buy’s brand) on hand and I’ve been attempting to use those. Why spend an additional $80 on Sonos’ gear (for 2) if the underlying technology (USB-C to Ethernet) is brand agnostic?Unfortunately, my rear ERA 300s grab a WiFi connection--and the overall system is now mixing WiFi with Ethernet--and I’m not getting rear channel sound. Under my system settings, there’s no way to “Enable/Disable” WiFi on the rears so I’m forced to accept however the app sets it up. This is absolutely maddening.So here’s my question? Does the USB-C to Etherne

I am generally happy with the new app (ever since alarms were fixed).I know Sonos still works on much bigger app issues at the moment but there is a minor suggestion I would make. Whenever I start the app, I get the dreaded "No product found" message for a brief second and then the app loads fine. Given all the connectivity issues people are having while getting that message, my heart skips a bit every single time.Would it make sense to introduce a delay in the app before you show that message which definitely doesn't add to the positive Sonos experience.Thanks. Happy customer since 2008

Hello EveryoneI need informations about the Era 300, I want to buy a pair of Era 300 :Is the Era 300 has more bass than the Era 100 ? My library of songs is on a Nas, no Dolby Atmos for the songs, is interesting to have these speakers ? Is interesting about the quality of sound reproduction without the using of Dolby Atmos than the Era 100 ?Thank you forward for your feedback.Warm regards.

Hi,I just got the new Sonos ACE.I connected them to my SGS23 to hear loosless audio but the volume is to low.On my laptop the volume is great using the same cable.I believe the issue is with the drivers.How to solve it? 

My Move suddenly stopped allow me to connect to bluetooth.  I can get the blue light after multiple attempts of system resetting. Anyone have any tips/tricks to help me get this functionality working again??  

There are preliminary signs that Spotify is (finally) bringing audiobooks to their Sonos integration.If you use the Desktop or third-party apps you can see a new category “Audiobooks for you”, but its empty at the moment.On the new mobile app it shows a small line saying “No content items available” where they will eventually show up. 

I have my home theater setup downstairs and playbar and other play ones upstairs.   I was wonder if the sub was placed next to the open stairs on first level if that would improve upstairs (everywhere settings) bass without out losing home theater quality.  The sun would be place far right in the 20’ room with The beam and surrounds (center of tv) 10’ away.   thank you.  

Hello.First of all sorry for my english because I’m italian.I try to explain my needs..I have looked at similar questions in pther discussions, but they don’t fit with my needs. I have some sources (XBOX, Computer, phone) which I connect to TV or projector by a switch with two output. The problem is that i can connect this switch to Sonos ARC if I want to hear the sound of these sources, but if I want to hear TV I have to unplug the cable of the switch and connect to Sonos ARC the cable from eARC HDMI of my TV.I have looked for solutions long time and also in this community someone suggested this product:

My Sonos 5 has gotten very cranky lately. It is in Santa Fe and we have numerous power outages. For the last few months, every time we had a power outage, it was very difficult to get it to connect to the Sonos App. Now, it will not connect at all. I finally got it to reset to factory settings and it gives the blinking green light. Unfortunately, I cannot connect to it by adding a new device. I have ordered a long internet cable so I can connect it directly to the router. The real question is: Is my Sonos 5 toast?

The volume fader has disappeared from my play 3.Reset the speaker and now it will not connect anymore !Very frustrated - The latest app is glitchy and I get booted out a lot now when I sign in. I have read and followed the latest issues with Sonas and their app horrors!For such a smart brand I find it incredulous that they have screwed up so badly. I have read the CEO’s humble apologies but honestly how he should win a gold for how to screw up a great brand! 

Are you able to connect blue tooth capable hearing aids to the Sonos system? Arc Sound bar? Era 300’s or gen 3 sub woofer?

After updating to new SONOS update, can no longer stream radio stations from different regions using Sonos radio. 

Since the last app update, whenever I have the app up on iphone and put it in the background, when I come back to it I’m greeted with “no products found” and it takes a few seconds to recognize the system again.

Anybody else still dealing with the issue of the volume slider not responding to touch input? Every time I adjust the volume inside the app it takes 3-4 attempts before the slider will acknowledge input and move to the desired level. I commented on a post about this issue a month ago and am curious how many other people still experience it.

Hi,I am just checking how best to connect a Sonos Beam 2 to my TV. The TV is pretty new and has an eARC HDMI port on HDMI 3 which I think I need to connect the Beam 2 to. However I also have a Sky Q Minibox which I am planning to connect to the HMDI 1 port on the TV. I want the audio from the TV apps and also SKY Q to come out through the Sonos Beam 2. Whereabouts would I configure this please? In the TV? In the Sonos Beam 2 on the app?Thank you,Sam

Any updates on adding a music library. It goes through the motions and then when I try to play something i get “ No Selections Available.” Any suggestions?

I know that this has been a pretty hot topic when LG rolled out their major update.   Been looking around on different chats and groups and it seems like there is no true fix on this issue.  Unless i use LG’s native apps and forgo my appletv 4k.  Has anyone else find any fixes to this issue?  Thanks. 

I have two Era 100’s, considering adding a mini sub and Beam.Currently the Era’s are to the side of the sofa that faces the TV. I can establish one Era to the left and behind the sofa but unable to place the second Era on the right side of the sofa, thus restricted to the side placement.If I opt for the Beam, my ability to fully utilize the full system for “theatre sound” is pretty much out of the question I assume.  Would there be any benefit at all in getting the Beam and sub to try and use with the Era’sApologies for poorly detailed question! 

Does anyone know how to search for International Radio stations from TUNIN on the Sonos Radio?  I thought it was supposed to have the full catalog.
