The noise-cancelling button of his headphones sometimes has to be pressed twice to respond, and sometimes it can be pressed twice to be noise-cancelling and transparent.

Hello @Eric Chin, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the Noise control button not activating and requiring further presses to switch between the two modes.

Have a look on our support article Noise Control settings for Sonos Ace, you might be able to resolve this by re-customizing the Noise Control button.

Bare in mind, to change these settings, Sonos Ace must be set up in the Sonos app and connected to your iOS or Android device.

I had the same experience a couple weeks ago but I’ve not been able to reproduce since then. In my situation, I had my Sonos Ace connected via USB cable to my PC and it was playing audio for several hours.

I rebooted the headphones and then the modes were switching with one button press, as expected, so you can try that as well.

Nevertheless, I will forward this internally for investigation.

Thank you for the post and I hope this helps.
