Move 2

Hello, I purchased the Arc 300 and had it hardwired to the t.v. It always works because it's hard wired. The problem with the Move 2 is that it does not want to connect to the Arc when you turn it on. In fact, a lot of times it plays the last station of music from the Sonos app which is closed, while the t.v. plays on the Arc. This happens ALL the time. It is connected to the router, not Bluetooth. I have contacted Sonos support but they cannot permanently fix the problem. Does anyone have a fix for this, please?

ARC, HDMI or optical to the TV?

300 / ERA-300 RCA and dongle to TV?

Are you using an ARC connected to your TV and Grouping it to your Move 2?

I don't have a Move to test with but I'd hope it would stay Grouped until one or the other is powered down.

Hello, the arc ultra has an HDMI to the t.v.

I misspoke when I said arc 300. I meant arc ultra. I am using the arc ultra to group the move 2 to. Once the two speakers are grouped, they do stay grouped until they are turned off. The problem is getting them grouped. Thanks for asking. I'll keep working with it.

Are you grouping them on this screen?  If you’re listening to music they should work well.  If your listening to them grouped while watching TV you will have a out-of-sync issue and the Move may suffer dropouts.

Where did you purchase the ARC ULTRA? My understanding is that it is not yet shipping in the US.
