Router: Asus RT-ACRH132.4G set to 20MHz, channel 115G set to all, channel 165no airtime fairness, WPA2 personal AES, same password for both networks, different SSIDsI have rebooted my router multiple times during thisWhen I leave Ethernet disconnected and do a factory reset → S2 set up new system → it finds the Play:3, connects to its WiFi, does its connection chiming → gets to the point of connecting the Play:3 to the house WiFi, then says cannot connect. Selecting the other SSID yields the same result. I am certain the password is correct.When I connect it to Ethernet and do a factory reset → S2 set up new system → it finds the Play:3, does its connection chiming → still goes to the step of connecting the Play:3 to the house WiFi, but it seems the WiFi chipset is disabled while in Ethernet mode because there are no SSIDs displayed to pick from. “Other network” is the only available option. Play 3 speaker is 5yrs old at least, occasionally disconnected, but a quick on/off with the WiFi button on my phone and it reconnects. 2 weeks ago it just ignores any attempt at connecting. There is a Play 1 upstairs, further away from the router that connects reliably, nothing has changed with my router, play 3 location, network settings, but it will not connect. Currently sat with it next to my router, with its little green light flashing, blissfully ignoring anything I do to make it talk to my network. Even plugged the speaker directly into the router via ethernet cable, still nothing. Green light still flashing.Controller app says its there but not connected. Any advice please?

Stupid question perhaps..when using the Arc Ulra Bluetooth function would you be able to pair it with a pair of Bluetooth headphones and use this feature rather like the swop function if using Sonos Ace headphones I don’t possess Sonos Ace but Bower and WilkinsThank you 👍

This is ridiculous. Huge fan and have extensive sonos systems. New app has crashed everything and now won’t connect at all. Must admit this is fast becoming a game changer. Fix it Sonos

how do I check that the osx firewall isn’t on?

We currently use sonos at our two store locations. Each store location has their own unique spotify account. When we play from spotify at one store, the spotify will stop playing at the other store. Not sure why this is happening if it’s technically two spotify accounts? Does anyone have any similar experiences and were you able to solve them?

I can’t reconnect my previously working Play 5 gen 1 and Play 5 gen 2 to my new network!

For nearly 2 weeks now the battery % has been missing from the Sonos app for my paired Roams . I still see the battery  but it’s so small you can’t make out what % it has. I’ve updated the app 2-3 times removed and reinstalled and even had support on chat help me update the speakers firmware . Nothing has worked . Has anyone else had this issue ? 

Recently, my Sonos has been unresponsive. I have gone through all the steps of rebooting each speaker and do get them to mount in the app, but the next time I log on, they are gone. Sonos can’t find them. This has happened 3 or 4 times now. I’m super frustrated. I never had this issue before. Anyone have any ideas of how to get my system working properly again?? I have 2 Play 1, 1 Play 5, and a play bar. I’ve managed to have my TV use the play bar for sound, but the sonos app cannot see it. All the other speakers I can get working for a day and then they cannot connect again.

Hi - since s2 app update a couple of weeks ago I've not been able to control my sonos system by app. I tried updating the network whilst in my home office and successfully updated my roam in there, which then let me access the system in the rest of the house. However, when I try access the system from the rest of the house, which is covered by different access points as part of the sky q mesh, the app doesn't find a system. It wants me to update the network on the sonos devices,  but doing that results in error and back to square one. I don't really want to keep running across the garden to control the system ‐ it's there a work around? 

Where the hell do I enter the code my iMac is giving me?  No screen on the Roam and nothing pops up in the phone app.  I recently upgraded to Sequoia and didn’t have a problem before.

I have been given an old Play 1 that has a blown bass speaker (didn't know that when i added it) so I want to remove it from my setup. I added it to a new room so I want that gone also.How? No idea as I can't see how too!?I have 1 arc, 2x300's, 1 sub, 9 sl's and 2 beams (gen 1 and 2)Any help appreciated!!

I’d like to submit a feature request that the search functionality for Apple Music in the Sonos app be improved.  Here’s the problem: Using the web app you’d like to listen to the album Exile on Main Street by The Rolling Stones. You open the app and search “Exile on Main Street” The first nine results are not the album Exile on Main Street, but instead a link to The Rolling Stones artist page, radio stations created by individual songs on the album, some other unrelated artist pages, and some individual songs.  When you click “View More” to try to find the album in full to play, the album is the very first result! This same process is very similar to the iOS app, unusable results at first, then when you click “Apple Music” the album is displayed first.  Cutting out that two step process to find an album would be a massive user improvement. Not sure if the same problem exists for Spotify, etc. 

Say it isn’t so! Six months and 20 releases after the Day the Music Died and still no music library album art on my Android app.   

I have a Sonos roam but the USB-C cable charger that came with the product now doesn’t charge properly. I keep getting a message saying it’s incompatible with my Sonos roam but it’s the one I got when I bout it?

Connexion wifi OK. L'enceinte est reconnue, mais la lampe n'arrive pas a accéder aux mises a jours et l'erreur 801 s'affiche.  Malgré rafraichissement de tout, box internet lampe etc. Rien a faire aucune connexion possible, toujours cette erreur 801.  Aidez moi svp  Merci  Moderator Edit - Translation by Google:I already use my Sonos application to play music in my office with a Ray speaker connected to an Ikea Sonos lamp and it works wonderfully. For my home I bought an Ikea Sonos lamp. Wifi connection OK. The speaker is recognized, but the lamp cannot access the updates and error 801 is displayed. Despite everything being refreshed, internet box, lamp, etc. Nothing to do, no connection possible, still this 801 error. Please help me THANKS

So I’ve had my system (Arc, Era300 x2 + Gen3 sub) for a year now - thinking if I spend £2.5k on a system, it’s gonna be good right?My old Polk system for circa £600 was much better - I mean it had a remote control right? and audio and optical inputs - amazing! Oh, and Google assistant, that actually worked properly. And I could tune the speakers with actual volume buttons, to suit me! I mean, we don’t ask much right - lol.My buggest gripe with the Sonos Arc system is the awful dialogue enhancement - which does nothing. On the Polk system, I have a separeate volume to turn the human dialogue up and down to suit me.Sonos Arc system is just such a step backwards is SOOOO many ways.Anyway, the sound signal from the TV comes from optical out, with the HMDI converter.QUESTIONS:___Do I spend another £1200 +/- to upgrade the TV, so I can use the eARC output?Will this improve human dialogue?Or do I ditch the Sonos system, to one that actually works properly?Thanks,A very disappointed Sonos owne

My Sono Era 300 just will not connect to Rogers Xfinity WiFi network. Any insight to why? Modem with built-in Auto switch between WiFi 4, 5, 6 and 6e and WPA 2 & 3. 

I’m really struggling with the Sonos app, I literally cannot do anything.  1. If I play music from Spotify and go to the Sonos app, it shows ‘No Content’ like nothing is playing.  I cannot play anything via the Sonos app.I can’t change any EQ or sub settings because it makes no difference and as soon as the app closes it resets to 0 for everything.I’ve disconnected my VPN, I’ve rebooted my device, I’ve reset the app, I’ve deleted and redownlaoded the app. I’ve done a power down of the whole house for 1min! Still nothing works via the app!my device is a 15 pro and my devices are ERA 100 (x2), Gen 1 Beam, Sub Mini, PLAY:1, SYMFONISK (x2) and ROAM (x2).I thought this was supposed to be a premium brand ?  

My era 100 will not accept my wifi password. I am with Sky and as far as I know I do not have the option to split my signal. 

Just bought the full works ARC Ultra 2xEra 300 and sub4 tried no matter what I have tried the speakers will not connect with the App, it goes through the pairing bit with chimes and inputting of wifi passwords but then nothing appears on the app, tried rebooting the products and router but still nothing. reinstalled the app reset speakers to factory still nothing.The wifi hub is a Vodafone Power hub which is only a few weeks old and TV is a modern LG OledReally frustrating  I am an experienced Sonos user but never had this issue before Any ideas?  

I can’t get in touch with the customer support because I end up in a waiting line for over 50 minutes. A lot of problems since a while with my whole sonos system:Spotify shows it plays the song although the speaker doesn’t make a sound. if i play rewind it sometimes works;I choose song A in playlist A and then sonos decides to delay and play song B or C in playlist A for some random reason. If i try to replay the song that sometimes fixes the problem;If i choose a youtube video and connect my beam to my sonos play 5 to play it together, one of the speakers just decides to pauze the music for 0,5 second every 20 secondes which is freaking annoying.  I don’t like my sonos system at all anymore… I live in a small apartment, everything is extremely close to the router, no extenders. Everyone else who wants to connect has the same issues as me. So my phone is not the problem. I’ve never had issues until the last 3 months now.Can someone help me out 

After being forced to use the new app (android), at some point there has been a change which is causing all podcast and episode broadcast dates to show as 1 Jan 1000000000. Is this an issue on the side of Sonos or the BBC?Is there a fix known for this? Any help would be useful as its really frustrating not knowing which episodes I have listened to or not without playing through the last few to find out where I am!

Hello,I recently purshased used Sonos system (Port, Arc, Sub and  2 x One SL), I was able to Factory Reset the port and installing it throw the Sonos mobile app in my iPhone.But when I started pairing the other devices (Arc, Sub and  2 x One SL) the app detects the devices and start the setup but after few seconds I get the following message “Your mobile device couldn't connect to your Sub. Make sure the Sub is connected to power.” So I click continue and I get this: Knowing that all my devices are connected to same Network and Router and I tried to restart my router and powering up device by device with factory reset and everyting.Any help please?
