Hi, i’ve just updated my Arc including 2 play 1’s which are my surrounds, just 1 of the play 1’s will not update, keeps failing, tried all the obvious, any help appreciated as this is really annoying me as you can imagine.

Is there a error code that pops up when the update fails?

Have you tried updating from a PC or Mac?

Have you tried removing the speakers as surrounds and connecting the problem speaker to your router with a cable? Then you can repair them after the update completes.


Any error message?

Did "all the obvious" include a network refresh (rebooting ALL Sonos and router) and hooking the problem speaker to Ethernet and your router?
