I am using a New phone and haven't used my speaker for a while.

I have connected my Sonos One SL to my wifi again and the app says I have suceeded, but when I want to use it it doesn't exist anymore. 

I have updated the app, shut the power of andrestartet my router. 

Can anyone please help me, what can I do?

Have you rebooted your Controller or force-closed the Sonos App?

I have closed the app completely, and I have updated it. Should I try to delete the app and download it again?


Wouldn’t hurt things, certainly. I’d be tempted to reboot both the Sonos and the router, too, and temporarily try wiring the Sonos One to the router with an Ethernet cable. In fact, I’d try those two things before downloading the app again..


I will try that.
