When I try to play, the song just buffering. Nothing happens.

Yes, I have tried to reauthorize. And reinstall the Apple Music. Dont work.

Hi @NKA

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this problem you are having with trying to play Apple Music to your speakers.

Glad to hear you tried removing and adding the service after trying the reauthorisation process - that can sometimes make a difference.

How about other sources? Are you able to play from Sonos Radio, for example?

If you haven’t tried already, please reboot your speakers by removing power for a moment, and reboot your router by switching it off for at least 30 seconds.

I hope this helps - if it does not, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

I have a similar problem. Was asked to reauthorise. removed the service, re connected it, rebooted phone and SONOS app. Can get other streaming services not Apple Music. WTF!!!

Same problem. Same bull**** from Sonos.

Try rebooting everything because that’s exactly what you want to spend your time doing anytime you want to listen to some music.

When that doesn’t work sit on hold for 45 minutes so some poor customer service rep can tell you to reboot your speakers.

Get your f***ing s*** together. Your app is garbage and it makes your speakers a colossal waste of money.

Increasingly frustrated with my Sonos system. The problems described in many peoples comments are exactly the same as the problems that I am having.

There will be no more Sonos products for me based on the current problems.
