Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

If i have a splitter earc and arc i can have a home cinema from sonos with tower speakers.Dual subs and eras 300 and arc ultra, but with the sonos amp i can have towers programed in front home cinema? or i need to create a home thetaer in the app with era 300 as back speakers surround and amp with towers fronts? 

I have been using ROAM. I haven't used it for a while, but when I tried to connect to bluetooth I couldn't.I have reset the roam to factory settings and initialized the apps, but I can't connect to Wi-Fi before I set it up. How can I get it to work?

The current App is just terrible.  Clearly put together by a bunch of incompetents, managed and led by people who are simply not up to the job.  The top person needs to be sacked, and then a clear out of most other employees.In the meantime, customers need to be heavily compensated.  $2000 per customer to start off with.Sonos investors: this company is once again sinking. I don't think it is going to bounce up again. I'd get in the liferafts whilst you can.

When I try to select a Spotify playlist, my alarm is not updated. The selected music stays the same.

A red light AT the bottom of the roam 2 when i start UP , and i have to press many Times the power button to start UP .  

I just received arc ultra, to swap over from my arc setup with gen 2 sub and gen 3 sub. I have been on phone to Sonos for 1½ hours. They have said gen2 sub and gen3 sub won’t work as my old setup. I need to replace my sub gen 2.ti gen 3 or gen 4.

I had my system for several years.  Has been working fine.  I had to replace my router and had to reset all speakers except Move and player 5.  These works fine not in the surround sound system of Sonos.  After resetting and installing play bar, sub and two rear speakers, 2 player 3s, now only sound comes from the playbar but none of the other speakers: 2 player 3 and sub. They are connected to a tv which was not changed.any ideas I can try?

My app hasn’t been working the last few days.can’t start music. Once playing can’t stop itnothing is working this morning only me?

I have a Beam gen 2 and 2 One speakers. I used to configure them as a surround system, Beam connected to my TV via HDMI ARC.Then I found the two Ones are mostly idle as I don't play enough surround-sound content. So I recently removed the surround setup, and grouped the speakers, hoping to listen to the same sounds from different speakers, immersive in a different way. I found a way in the Sonos app to configure the TV output to all speakers there, which is great.The problem is when I change the volume on my AppleTV remote control, only the volume of the Beam got changed, Ones' volume stay the same unless I use the touch buttons on the speakers or use the app. Is there any way to sync the volume control across all speakers?

Setup new insignia fire tv and Sonos beam 2 is not finding tv. HDMI’s cable is connected to hdmi1 (ARC). Mot finding. I can use the speaker to stream music from phone. any suggestions?

how long does it take for an empty (no speaker listed) room to drop off the “your system/manage list” of rooms? thanks  

I have a Playbar and a Play:1.If I add another play:1 and a Sub will it work fine as a hifi syatem? Please suggest what combination of the old sonos can I do to have a better hifi music system starting from my set up. Also, is it possible to purchase the old speakers? I have seen them around on the web. Thanks! 

Good morning allI have I’ve recently purchased Sonos Arc, mini sub and Ikea Symfonisk (2 speakers). (I have connected all speakers in TV room setup along with surround sounds) I have connected the Sonos Arc with Ethernet cable and others  through Home wife. I have two WiFi routers placed side by side and I have only connected Sonos to 2.4 ghz my question is if I turn off the surround by mistake why does it take so much time to get connected to the system again? (Sonos app is also very slow in responding, I’ve to close the app numerous times and open it.) Does have having two routers create any interference? since buying the Sonos I enjoy the sound but it’s a nightmare when someone in home turns off the Sonos speakers by mistake and I cannot connect it back that easily.  I will be obliged if someone can help in addressing the problem, so that I can find where am I wrong. Thanks in advance 

I have a customer with (3) Ports and (1) Amp. Over the weekend they had continuous dropouts making listening impossible. No issues since install and no new devices on the network. The last reboot of the Sonos hardware was 175 days ago. I have done the unplug Sonos units and reboot router and reset them to new to the set them back again multiple times with no luck. I also tried just using a single Sonos Port with the other Sonos products disconnected. Hoping someone else has history with this.I suspect a hardware failure because I battled (3) Ports with the same issue. Did the standard rebooting, restoring to new and setting up again multiple times. Typically audio would work from 1 hour to a day without dropouts and then start. Took (2) Ports out and same thing. After multiple trips customer decided to fold when I recommended the Russound Streamer which has been working perfectly for 8 months. His 34 zone system is (4) Russound MCA-88’s and he would not budge on using anything but Sono

Where can I find the wifi signal strength for my Sonos products? I am using the S1 controller and app.

My scenario is this:I have two ERA 300 speakers that I want to use just for listening to music.My living room is approximately 40’ x 22’ I do not want to connect them as a stereo pair should I just make them a group, if so will Dolby Atmos still work as well.

My ERA 100 I have to turn the colume level almost all the way up just to have it a little louder when I have people over. It seems like at the highest level you would really be blown away but you are not. Is something wrong? I have and LG Smart TV

When i open sonos on ipad pro, it no longer plays a sound. The bouncing symbol if playing by each room still goes. 

I’ve just updated to Apple tvOS18 and now my 5.1 movies are only outputting on my Sonos Arc in Stereo PCM. Atmos movies are still playing in Atmos. Is this a bug with the new software?

The sonos app stopped the night between saturday and sunday! Did you roll out another unsuccessful update? Your telephone support hopes that a new update will be realeased tonight? 

Unable to connect message and I can't add a move 2 speaker, The other speakers are connected, It's probably something in the version update

I would like to know what would be best EQ settings for combination of Sonos arc and Sub Mini. I have medium sized room with 9 feet ceiling.I also wanted to know what is the right place for placing sub mini.currently I have following setting Arc: Bass is 0 , Treble is 3 with speech enhancement  and loudness both OnHeight is 7Sub Mini - Bass is 4 placed next by seating position  ( opposite to arc ).With this setup I feel sometimes good and sometimes underwhelming  - I don’t feel enveloping  soundhave done true play alsokindly  suggest right settings . 

I recently updated the Sonos App to 80.07.03 and now it doesn’t open. I click the App Icon and it crashes immediately. I’ve restarted my iPad and it still doesn’t work.  Using iPad 10th gen, IOS 17.5.1 (21F90) I’ve recorded a video of it. I’d love to be able to actually listen to my music without worrying what problems I’m going to encounter each time!! Deadset this app and brand have gone down the toilet. Nothing but problems. Nothing is ever simple or works. No reliability. Incredibly frustrating. 

HiLike a lot of other people I have has problems with the music library loading within the Sonos App following the upgrade earlier this year. I run Apple hardware and all my music collection appears in the Apple Music app correctly but when I link to the folder from the Sonos App only about 7% of my collection is showing. Both Apple and Sonos Support have not been able to help me cheers Steve
