Bluetooth receiver to sonos amp

I have a sonos amp and in ceiling speakers in my gym and am wanting to run the treadmill audio through the speakers.

My treadmill has Bluetooth capabilities, so I purchased a Bluetooth receiver and connected it into the Sonos amp rca in line.

The treadmill connects to the Bluetooth receiver, the Sonos app says the inline is connected in the amp settings, but I have no sound.

Any thoughts?

You must explicitly select the Line-In to play. Line-In is not automatically passed through. There is also an Autoplay option.
