Spotify app not streaming to any sonos devices

My Spotify app can see all my Sonos devices that are on the same network, however when I select them to stream it doesn’t connect. My wife has no issues streaming on the same network with the same devices.

 

I am attempting streaming from Spotify app on MacBook and iPhone 14. I have reinstalled Spotify app on phone and MacBook. Airplay works fine to Sonos devices, but it has a delay and takes more effort. I have restarted my phone/MacBook, Sonos devices, and router. Everything is up to date.

 

I have Sonos one, beam, and Arc and none of them work.

In the Spotify app what happens when you try to choose “Family Room” as the play-to room?  Does it go around in circles then state connection failure?  I ask because I’ve never had that issue.

Went to select it to see what it says and it worked! I wonder if using the Spotify service in Sonos somehow fixed the issue. This has been going on for approximately 2 months and driving me nuts. So glad it’s working!
