It doesn't work starting streaming swedish radio today.

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with playing a Swedish radio station. Are you still experiencing this issue? Can you please provide a little bit more information?

Which radio station are you trying to listen? Are you using Sonos Radio? Have you tried a different radio service and does the issue still occur?

A couple basic troubleshooting steps would be to refresh the network connections of all network devices involved by rebooting them. Start with your Router → Sonos → Controller (smartphone/tablet).

Make sure your location is set correctly on your Sonos Account from our website:

Check your account’s registered country

Make sure your Sonos account is registered in the correct country by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Sonos account.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Make sure the country is set correctly under the Address section.
    • If it is incorrect, select Edit to change the country.
  4. Once any changes are made to your registration information, it may take up to 15 minutes for the information to update.
