Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

Hi therei have an ACER projector with HDMI connectioni want to connect to a SONOS surround sound group using a Playbar, Sub and 2 Play Ones.advice please on how to go about out this.  Hard wiring isn’t an option due to the layout of the room.

Just recently bought the sonos ace - immediately it has issues with playback, where the sound will disappear in the middle of a song for a split second and come back. How do I fix this? This happens every few often and it's terribly annoying 

I just saw Sonos products on the Season 1, Episode 7 of the Paramount Network series LandMan staring Billy Bob Thornton. The Sonos products shown were Sonos One, Beam and Move 2; supposedly being sold in a Michaels Arts and Crafts store similar to the one in the previous link. However, searching the Michaels website no Sonos products were listed.So was it Sonos who paid for a spot or did the show runner or prop manger for the series (who may be a Sonos user) stage the products in the Michaels store for effect. Either way Sonos gets national exposure. Then it could be a test (initialed by Sonos) to see how sales might be impacted just by flash advertising given the rumors of a Sonos streaming stick/box.The link below has info on the Paramount series LandMan if you are interested:

Cannot connect Beam for normal use - not TV - together with Sonos One. Beam not connected with TV - pt only use with Sonos One or alone via Sonos App. How??

This is an odd one. With the Sonos app on my PC everything works fine, with it on my iPhone or iPad (I have S2 gen) the music library is not found. But if I start playing one of my playlists via my PC the app on my phone recognises the track playing and can pause and restart it, change volume etc, but the app still thinks I have no music library! I have deleted the app, tried to put in the path to the library (not found even though it is a cut and paste and the same as the PC path). about 6 months ago my sonos system just stopped working, thinking it was the sonos system as being the issue i reset it and also connected it to a none Samsung tv, it works perfectly fine on other tv’s so the sonos system isn't the issue.i have already replaced my optical cable and also the one connect mini- still nothing.Set upTV: Samsung UA65JU7000 with one connect miniApple TVSonos:Play bar - Version 16.5Sub - Version 16.52 x One speakers - version 16.3 TV is connected to one connect mini Apple tv connected to one connect mini playbar connected to one connect mini via optical When using the sonos app i have tried to set up the tv connection again but it wont detect anything.

This is my first time using Sonus and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I can't connect Qobuz, my preferred streaming service, and then I find out that I can't install Spotify either.  Absolute shambles of a product. Disgrace. 

Help please! Move won’t update to latest firmware, I get error 37.  I’ve tried using iOS and Windows app.  I’ve Factory Reset the Move multiple times, it looks like it’s resetting, but doesn’t get the Green light, so in fact it’s not done a reset.  Move won’t group with the other speakers. It does show up on the App.  I’ve tried various modem and router power cycles (I know not related but thought I’d try).  Ideas welcome! 

I have an old tv and want to Connect to my beam gen2 but the tv has nog HDMI ARC and optical connection. The tv only has te coax out possibility. Is there any other option to Connect or is a new tv Needed?  

Trying to AirPlay music from iTunes on Windows to ERA 300 and it looks like it is connecting and playing but there is no sound.

A Sonos alarm that had been deleted still sends an in app notification when the alarm was scheduled to go off. How do I get it to stop?

I can’t deal with this « unable to load content » anymore. From Sunday morning whereas I am just looking for a chill breakfast with family to Friday night when friends are coming over. I am spending more time trying to play music than chatting with friends and family. I don’t like this relationship I am having with you SONOS, we need to go talk! How to fix this?

Playbase for years with LG tv which had older digital optical output.(circular with square port) just bought new Bravia 7 which has smal circular port. I have added the adapter to the Sony side.sony tv connects then to the playbase. I am having audio sync issues, and worst off, I had it sorted, and then the problem came back a day later. I have tried all the configs on the Sony, and audio delay on Sonos  app, with no luck.does anyone have this setup?I also removed the Apple tv on hdmi3 to remove variables.so simply tv to Sonos.

Have had my Sonos Ray for 12 months ~ 5 months ago the app stopped working and product (deapite hours and hours) of messing around cant be added even with factory resets etc. Have spoken to Sonos twice and been cut off twice mod way through help. There ring back doesn’t work…. Its all so so rubbish. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated

Currently, I  have a SONOS BEAM (gen2), a SYFONISK Lamp, and a SYFONISK bookshelf model from the IKEA collaboration.I want to set them up in surround sound, but I can't do it on the app.It says that the product is not found.(They are also connected to wifi and function as speakers.)Do I need to use the same sub-speakers? For example,Sonos Beam (gen2) and Syfonisk Lamp x2orSonos Beam (gen2) and Syfonisk Bookshelf x2If anyone knows, please let me know.

Christmas party ruined Sonos not responding. On ,Off ,Volume  Deezer, room isolation basically everything. Wish I could find the Sonos uk offices and burn my system In front the press Alan Ferguson 

I’ve had a Sonos One set up in my kitchen for a good few years and it’s always worked fine when I play Spotify tracks via my phone.But recently, when I play a track, an entire channel / audio pan is missing (e.g., I play a rock song that sounds fine on my phone - guitars, bass and drums, but when I play through the Sonos, the guitars are completely missing - it’s just bass and drums).I’ve tried resetting, changing the EQ settings in the app, etc., but nothing works.Any ideas?

Morning all .  Can anyone help. I have a Sonos arc connected to my lg c1 via the arc hdmi. A Panasonic uhd player via hdmi and  ps5 in other HDMI.  TV streams Atmos from say Disney no problem and atmos films on the player again no problem. However when I put an older film in. Like say the other day was watching the 4k of death becomes her. I was only getting stereo pcm. I have tried looking through endless threads on here and changed various settings but still only get pcm. Surely my older films should at least be able to do 5.1 . Anybody got any help at all  

Why can I adjust the sound lag in the wrong direction but CANNOT improve it on tv surround setup?Between the Sonos adjustment and the Samsung OLED, I can only make the problem worse.  I waited years to pull the trigger on this setup and (in my wife's words...) "ITS UNWATCHABLE"

I have an Arc Ultra. Era 300’s and Sub Gen 2.  Since upgrading to the ultra from Arc I have noticed that TV commercials are much lower in volume than the show I’m watching.  When watching Football,  the referee mics are also very low.  I did an A/B test using TV speakers and my Sonos system and with the TV speakers the volume is as I would expect.  Anyone else experiencing this?  Thanks.

I own the Sonos Era 100 and have also bought a USB C jack plug “ not from Sonos” and I don't get any sound or Line In is displayed in the app. Does the Sonos Era 100 only work with the original USB adapter? wanted to connect my karaoke bar to the Sonos Era 100

So I have an Arc for a few weeks now, but I have these audio cutouts when playing from 4k bluray, it happens when there is “a lot” of noise, bandwidth wise, like glass breaking.Sample: I’ve already replaced my hdmi cables, and have been with support of sonos diagnosing this. Their suggestion was a corrupted DTS in the movies audio tracks, which I question because it's on all 4 john wicks.Based on my obvservations:only happening in 7.1 TrueHD, downgrade to 5.1 over spdif out of bd player is fine (sync broken though) only happening with lossless tracks, spanish 5.1 lossy is fine. only happening at high bandwidth moments (player reports audio bitrate peaking 7 Mbps)I suspect it's hitting some DSP limits in the arc that probably cannot be fixen given topic below is 2 years old.Relevant gear: Panasonic UB824, Philips 55OLED708 (mult

How do i set up which zone(s) are live when i open app?  Now it always goes to same zone regardless of the previous set up. 

My Sonos system consist of an Arc + Sub + 2x Era 100. No issues whatsoever with the connection with the Samsung TV (S95B 65 OLED 4K). The head scratcher is the Yamaha RX-V6A that I was not able to connect with the Sonos system. I would really appreciate it you can share your experience with this.
