The Sonos One SL does not support Bluetooth, which is why you aren’t seeing it when searching for a Bluetooth device. If you want to connect Sonos to your projector, you’ll need a device that either: supports Bluetooth, has a Line-In connection, has a HDMI connection. Please note that if you want to use a Soundbar, make sure that your projector supports HDMI-eARC.
