Hello everyone. I have two ERA 300 speakers paired in stereo. I connected them via Bluetooth to my Samsung The Frame TV. Sometimes I have sound, but most often I don't. Does anyone have any idea what I should do?

Hi
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having sound issues with your Era 300s when connected to your TV via Bluetooth. Our soundbars are what we’d recommend for playing TV audio either via Optical or HDMI. While there’s nothing stopping you from using Bluetooth, it’s not something we’d recommended.
If you try using Bluetooth from a different device (such as your phone), do the speakers still drop audio? If not, then it may be worth checking for firmware updates on the Samsung Frame TV to see if that helps. I myself have had issues with devices like TVs and computers when using their built-in Bluetooth connections, but after buying a Bluetooth adapter I haven’t had any since. Using an adapter will add latency however, which may cause lip-sync issues.
It’s also worth submitting a diagnostics after the issue occurs then reaching out to our support team. They have the necessary tools available to look into your system to see why audio is dropping out on the Era 300s. I’d recommend contacting support before looking at using any additional equipment. Other community users or threads may have some suggestions for you as well.
I hope this helps!
