Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

I just installed the Tunein app on my iPhone, I added Tuneis as a service to my Sonos app. I am trying to listen to a podcast and it plays through my Sonos speakers “Welcome to Tune-in!” and it plays a 30-second advertisement… but the actual podcast itself never starts playing. I press the Play button again and the “Welcome to Tunein” 30-second advertisement starts playing again. How do I get the actual podcast to play? Also, I tried to listen to the same podcast through the iHeartRadio service and it said “Unable to play (podcast name) the connection to iHeartRadio was lost”. How do I fix this? All I want to do is listen to my favorite podcast through Sonos!

can we return speakers for refund. app is so broken it has been a couple years since I have been able to access my music library. will not buy another sonos product unril rectified. the one thing they offered was a no hassle easy wireless experience. somehow they have completely lost their way.  can we get a refund?

Long time Sonos user (>10 years). First time post.I have been using the S1 app until now as part of my system was not compatible with S2/New App.Removed Play 5 (Gen 1), added Era 300 and moved to New App today.More painful than expected and needed to do a factory reset on each item and add into new system in New App. Finally got set up, however I am not able to use the queue function. Play Now, Play Next and Add to end of Queue all do not work (across all streaming apps and music library via NAS).Replace Queue does seem to work, with music starting immediately. Tried a reboot of router, reboot of all products and reboot of app. No change.is the queue problem still a known issue or should it be working?Any ideas on how to resolve much appreciated. Thank you 

I don’t understand why such a simple concept: “I want to play the music I own or subscribe to on the speakers attached to my WiFi” is so hard to navigate in your app.Between your weird descriptions of your Services, your Favorites and Your Sources, it is difficult to get get a simple song on Apple Music that I’m signed in to play on the selected speakers (2 out of 10 that show up on the Sources).Your app has sucked for years. Can you hire a good usability person, or your most ticked off user, to just come in and help you to redesign this before you go down the Crappy App road again?

Hello,I use my 2 Era 100 + sub mini with an Apple TV, so with Airplay 2.After about 30 minutes, no sound...I need to unplug and replug (power off, then power on) the Era 100 to be able to have the sound again.Is it a known problem? How to fix it?Thanks for your help and advice.BR

Primary Sonos one was disconnected for a time.  Now cannot report or reboot it.  Help

My YouTube Music playlist has 2,337 songs. The Sonos app on android, when selecting my playlist, now takes a hand full of songs and repeats them totalling to 34,100 songs. Shuffle doesn't work. Before this it used to show 500 songs. This is just flat out awful and frustrating. It's amazing how we went from a good product to garbage and it has been for a long time. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a concern. When will this be fixed?

It shows I’m signed in to my account but I cannot login as the system owner. It’s an endless loop, I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app, and done everything I can think of short of wiping the whole system and starting over. Help please. 

I have a system with a Sonos ultra arc + 2 one sl + one sub gen 3. everything was working fine, except true play which is a misery. now the app request I log in as system owner. I am the system owner.. it was working previously.. I have reinstalled the app but still the same error message..

Hi everyone,I'm struggling with a strange issue with my Sonos Connect (Gen 1, S1 app), and I’m hoping someone here might have insights. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but I still get no sound output. Here’s what’s happening:Setup:Sonos Connect (90, Gen 1) running on Sonos S1 Connected via RCA output to a NAD amplifier Tried multiple cables and different input ports on the amp Amp works fine with other sources (e.g., CD player, phone via AUX) Also tested with a second Sonos Connect – same issueWhat I’ve Tried:Checked all volume settings – Set output to Variable, increased volume in the app Tested different outputs – Tried both RCA (analog) and digital (optical/coaxial) Tried a different amplifier – No sound through a second amp either Tested Line-In on Connect – It detects the input but still doesn’t output sound Grouped Connect with other Sonos devices – Other devices play audio, but Connect does not Restarted and power-cycled everything – No change Factory reset both Sonos Conn

I have different user profiles in my Amazon music account for different people in my household. I can access Amazon music through the Sonos app, but it doesn’t see the profiles in Amazon music. How do I fix this?I use the Android Sonos S2 app.

Why are my 300s coming on by themselves???????

Hi. My sub 3 will not connect to the ERA 100s I have. I have three of them in my kitchen. It connected ok with two but now I am struggling since adding the 3rd. Thanks 

I moved into a new build house with built in ceiling speakers in the kitchen and living room. I’ve purchased the Sonos Amp to run the ceiling speakers. I’ve also purchased an Era 100 for the kitchen and one for the living room so that I can replace the Alexa Dot. In addition, I have an Era 300 in my bedroom. Question 1: What is the best way to set up each room as they will have the Sonos Amp to run the ceiling speakers and an Era 100 to enable the Alexa Voice ability? Can the ceiling speakers and Era 100 work together?Question 2: Can all of them play together as a group (ceiling speakers with amp, Era 100’s in kitchen and living room and the Era 300 in my bedroom)? 

When should I expect support for Amazon Music in Poland. I have working account and cannot use it with Arc Ultra

Hi all I’m new here and I just order Sonos arc ultra with sub 4 I can’t wait to be here before end of this week  

A while ago I upgraded from Era 100’s to 300’s in my living room and I am now trying to swap an old Sonos speaker for one of the 100’s. It now says that I have a “Living Room 3” set up and that my “Office” no longer has something connected.How do I delete the 100 from whatever room it is trying to be in to reassign it to another room that used to have a different speaker assigned to it?

I love the sound the Sonos products produce. I hate the software that runs it.It’s always a problem getting my speakers to connect to the Sonos software. Always jumping through way too may hoops to accomplish it.Today, a new problem. Just wanted to play some music. Get a message that I have to re-authorize my Apple Music account.I do that.Still can’t connect to my speakers.

The volume slider keeps disappearing from the app.  The SONOS app is garbage, but the inability to control volume now makes the speakers GARBAGE too. Wednesday I switched internet providers.  WiFi in new router was configured the same as previous router, including same name and password.  SONOS speakers would not reconnect, even after cycling power.  Create a new WiFi network and follow instructions to use app to change network settings.  Only 1 of 3 speakers come back.  Nothing would bring those speakers back.  Following other threads on this forum, did factory reset on speaker.  App could finally find the speaker, but stated I could not use the speaker until firmware update.  WTF.  Updated.  App still said I needed to update firmware to use speaker, but also told me the firmware was up to date.  WTF.  Following another thread on the forum, cleared app data and cache… no help… and uninstall / reinstall app.  Both non-functional speakers request update.  Perfoem update and finally get

I have purchased a synology Beestation and after some initial problems managed to connect it to my Sonos. It worked OK for about two weeks playing my music library through my Samsung tablet then lost connection. I have tried reconnection using original file path with no success,I get either " something went wrong " or " access denied " messages. I have tried all the usual remedies, Any Ideas?

I have a sonos amp to tv with in ceiling speakers. All worked fine for a couple of years. Intermittent audio from tv for a mouth or so now no audio from tv but all fine streaming music just no tv audio. I’ve changed HDMIs over and still the same issue. Any ideas?

Something strange is going on with my Beam 2. First time since I have installed it 2 years ago. When playing stuff from YouTube sound volume is automatically going down or sound is completely muted. I did factory reset of my soundbar and still no change. Anyone experienced something similar?
