Cómo puedo conectar el altavoz a la televisión
Question for you guys. I have a couple of era100 pairs running in stereo pairs and that setup works well, single volume control for each set. My question is about the last pair I just set up. At a suggestion by this group I didn't stereo pair these, I grouped them non stereo. They are set up around a non centered season area and the sound is great, that brings me to the question. With the seating not centered one needs to be slightly higher volume than the other to have the area filled correctly. This is easily done with the separate volume controls but it's there a way that once the volume offset is made can they be controlled with a single volume slider? For me is just an inconvenience but my wife...... has issues with keeping the group in sync.
I’ve recently moved and my Sonos One (S2 v84.1-63110) won’t recognise the new wifi. It works if I use the cable, but I’m unable to change the network info to allow it to connect by wifi. I’ve followed the instructions at https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/connect-sonos-to-a-new-router-or-wi-fi-network. I’ve factory reset it, but my app can’t find it if it’s not connected directly, and even when it is, if I choose `Update Network` it tries to find nearby devices (which it fails), rather than updating the one it can see on the network. How do I change it?
I have reached the limit of how many tracks I can index on my Connect 2. I have thought about using FLEX but FLEX is notoriously bad for classical music and that forms the majority of my collection. So I wondered if I could use two CONNECT 2s together? My music is held on a NAS and I would use two separate files on the NAS and link one CONNECT 2 to each file thus potentially doubling the amount of music that can be indexed and accessed. Is this possible? If so, how would I do it?
I have a pairs of Sonos Roam 2 speakers in stereo mode. One is 3-4 weeks old, the other a week old. Both were updated to the latest software while setting them up. When playing music, one of units cuts in and out. I have tried music from two different sources - it behaves the same. Both speakers have exhibited the problem. My guess is that this is a problem with the pairing software, but it is hard to tell. Any idea what is causing the problem? how do I troubleshoot this?
My Move speakers in my bedroom are set up as a stereo pair. If I grab one and take it to the bathroom while I shower, is it still in stereo? If I’m using it as a single speaker, I don’t want it in stereo. If it stays in stereo even while undocked, it’d be nice if there were a setting for that.
I’ve made a significant investment in my SONOS system which includes:• 14 Amps• 5 Soundbars• 3 Subs• 3 Pairs of surround speakers• 2 Standalone speakers• 1 RoamMy system is set to update automatically overnight, yet with each major app or firmware update, the entire system fails to upgrade. Worse still, the app becomes unusable until the update is complete, which it never is, creating a loop of failed attempts and rendering the system non-functional.Despite multiple upgrade attempts, the system repeatedly fails to update several devices. The only workaround I’ve found is to manually power down the whole system and reintroduce each component one by one, a time-consuming and unacceptable process for a system of this calibre. Error 1005 is the main issue. This is not a connectivity issue; all devices are online and fully functional until your updates are pushed. The problem lies in the update process itself and it’s clearly systemic. Any advice as to overcome would be appreciated.I submitte
I have 2 Sonos speakers (1. “Dining Room” a Play: 5 2. “Kitchen” a Play:3 and a Port (3.”Family Room”) which is connected (line-in) to my Denon receiver which is part of my home theater system. Both the Play:5 and Play:3 have been reset to work with S2 App.In the Sonos App I choose a song and check all components listed above and group them together. But music won’t play through the Denon receiver or “Family Room”. I only hear music through speakers 1 & 2I can play around and sometimes via Apple Music AirPlay get them all synced. But Apple Airplay only recognizes “Family Room” and “Dining Room”. Then I have to go on the Sonos App and choose “Kitchen”.This is a newer problem as I used to be able to get music to sync easily. But lately it is just trial and error.Any help is appreciated. I hope this make sense!
Having issues with bluetooth. Speaker is found, connects fine. Start to play music (apple music) in my web browser. 1 min later, speaker gets disconnected from bluetooth, dissapears from devices and has to be connected again. Speaker right next to desktop. Built in bt (not a cheap adapter on pc), rebooted, reinstalled drivers, restarted the speaker, reset the speaker - same issue. Help?
Trying to update 80.20.34 with iOS this evening. After this was complete the iOS screen asked for the “system software” ?? to be updated. I have tried this twice without success, the first time an error message said to try again. I now appear to be in a loop, with the software showing the message, Finishing update. Please wait.Is there another source for this upgrade please ? Am I doing something wrong? ( Using the latest iOS software ) Thank youMike
Hi, Suddenly Harmony stopped to control ARC volume. Nothing has been changed, i had also an activity to listen music in group, also is stopped working. I have Homey and i can control Sonos devices without any issue.
Setup: beam gen1, sub gen 3, 2 play:1 as a 5.1 system connected via earc to samsung s90d. Trueplay tuned and enabledI'm new to sonos but pretty certain I've done everything correctly. When I play music through spotify via phone or ipad, the bass is very lacking. When I watch TV, movies, video games, or run spotify through the TV app, the bass incredible, as it should be. I've seen others have mentioned something similar. I realize a simple work around is to just to run it through TV every time, but that's annoying and I shouldn't have to. Also, then i cannot listen to my music on full or ambient mode (prefer full) I don't belive this to be a tuning nor sub placement issue, as it sounds great when through TV.Any solution or help would be appreciated!
Running latest versions incl android app from May 2025.Some days when an alarm (Spotify playlist) goes off, pressing Snooze do not work (no response pressing the button). Pressing the Continue listening button results in a dimmed app that do not accept input. It do not help to restart the app (that will show the alarm popup again with the same result). Instead I can swipe or click outside the alarm popup to close the alarm popup and then I can stop the playing with no issues (but stop instead of snoozing).I have not tested it, but it feels like it happens once a week. I will monitor if it only happens on Wednesdays (same playlist). My alarms play a different Spotify playlist from Monday to Friday at 6:35.The problem started within 1-2 months, so I think after an update in april.
I have just replaced a working Sonos Ray system with Sonos Beam and the Sonos Beam doesn’t work with the Sky Stream Remote. The Ray does. The only difference I can see is that the Beam connects via HDMI Arc and the Ray connects via Optical cable. It is really annoying as I spent a lot of money on the Beam and it is now needs 2 remotes to operate. I shall get a refund on the Beam if I can’t solve this. I have read detailed stuff about HDMI CEC conflicts but it seems that things have just got too complicated. Can anyone help?
We have 3 amps, a beam, and One SL. We play music across our house and outside. I have spent many hours on the phone with Somos customer service and still have same issue. Whether we are playing music or TV the speakers will stop playing sound. Relaxing or parties in the pool it becomes very frustrating. I am on a mesh network using Ubiquity access points. The last conversation I had with customer service they told me Sonos does not work with repeaters and refused to acknowledge I have access points. I have tried changing Sonos channel I am on. My options are 1, 6, and 11. I have tried grouping and ungrouping them. Nothing seems to work. We have removed and added back. Rebooted system. Pretty much everything but return it all. Has anyone else had this same issue and if so how did you fix it?
At the end of my tether with Sonos… yet another problem presented by them today!Went to use the windows app on my laptop and it asked me to set up, working perfectly alright yesterday and now it won’t connect to my Connect gen2.The strange thing is that it’s working fine on my iPhone app… any ideas?
It is the same old story. Purchased Era 300, worked for about 60 days, decided to stop working at some point, Sonos refuses to give me a refund after hours and hours with tech support. Exchanged for a new unit, set it up, stopped working after about 10 minutes. I never have any problems with the Beam Gen 2. Always stays connected and plays. I’ve split my networks and done all the things they recommended and now I just have this large hunk of junk sitting in the middle of my apartment that doesn’t play music from my phone, or the macOS app no matter what I do. Or it does, but only for somewhere between 1 and 10 minutes. I’m not asking for assistance, but I would be interested to have a better understanding of why the computer or the app is running the show here. Doesn’t Sonos have it’s own little network that speaks to each of the speakers? Literally every other thing I have ever own is able to stay connected to my WiFi, I just find it interesting, and extremely frustrating, that I can’
I have a Sonos Port and Sonos Five on the way and am hoping to use them along with my existing turntable (has its own pre-amp) and also my existing amp/speaker setup.Ideally I want to either use the turntable with the Port/Five combo OR with my existing amp/speaker set up. The turntable has an RCA cable coming out of it with a stereo pair of male plugs at the end. So I would need some sort of splitter so I can divert these outputs to both the Port/existing amp. However I am a little confused about how to achieve this. I see you can get a switch box which gives you two outputs and you then need to switch between them. I guess this would work ok, but this requires you to manually press the button to choose your output every time, whereas I would prefer the signal always went to both the Port and the existing amp. There may be basic cable splitters which do this, but then I would be concerned about loss of signal. How do others split the signal in this sort of setup?
Hi.I have a Sonus Beam Gen 2 and 2 Roam speakers. If I wish to get better surround sound should I replace the Roam speakers with a Mini Sub or get the Mini Sub working in conjuction with the 2 Roam speakers?
My turntable no longer works with Sonos. I’ve tried everything, checking cables, connections, rebooting…nothing. I used a DAK 2800-PC as a preamp which worked with zero issues until I attempted to play a vinyl a few days ago. The DAK is receiving a turntable signal but my 5s aren’t responding. Before I order a new preamp I need to know if the problem can be corrected with what I’m using currently. Thank you.
What's happening with the Sonos App. My set alarms disappear and I can't make new ones, my mudik service also disappears. Now Sonos has become bad to use again. It happens everyday now, fix it now or have to find something better than Sonos. Well I uninstalled and reinstalled it. There were alarms that briefly disappeared and came. but they will definitely disappear again. No recommendation of Sonos from my side.
Has there been any official word from Sonos that acknowledges that they removed the alphabet scrolling ability within the with the disaster update last year (that is, the ability to scroll through a large library by jumping to the letters of the alphabet)? And if so, has there been any indication on when (or even if) that previous functionality will return?
Hi all. I had an LGOLEDB9 with my Arc connected and all was good. I upgraded to an LGOLEDG4 and for the life of me I can’t get it to connect to my Arc. I have tried everything suggested on here. Such as removing all other hdmi inputs and powercycling both the tv and the Arc. Tried different hdmi cables. Reset the arc & tv back to factory settings. And still no joy. Tv setup fails to recognise that the hdmi cable is connected. Even tried the optical adapter! Anyone got anything else I could try?? I should also say I’ve had a 2 hr support call with Sonos too.
It seems that the alarm setup is not anymore available. When I create an alarm in the settings, it is now impossible to save it. What can we do?
