Hi! So this is my second topic on this issue (first can be found here) but there is a systematic issue with Mixcloud. I can barely use it, and whether it works or not is really a toss up. My connection works fine as I have no issue with other services (Spotify, Audible). I have submitted diagnostics under 382695100.Can you please do an analysis and check with your engineers what is wrong? There are way too many topics on this and the cookie cutter responses from your customer service stuff is not satisfactory.
I have always been able to play Mixcloud DJ sets recorded and uploaded to Mixcloud on Sonos. now it says “unable to play” and jumps to the next Mixcloud upload on my Mixcloud uploads, this one also does not play and so it skips to the next one. On and on. I have de-authorised and re-authorised the account link a few times - didn’t work. what a pain!!
A couple of days ago I went to play an album from my Apple Music library though my Sonos Connect, and could not find it. Looking more closely, I noticed that the “Albums” menu item only contains a tiny fraction of my music library - almost everything is missing. “Recently Added” and “Playlists” both look OK, but “Albums” is bad. I see the same on several controllers: Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad are all the same. Moreover, in the Windows application, when I visit “Albums”, I can browse it for a short time, and then the application terminates (the window just closes with no error message). My library looks perfectly fine in iTunes and the native Apple Music app. I left it a few days in case it was a transient effect but it persists. I have tried removing the Apple Music service from my system and reconnecting it afresh, but this does not help. I probably need a Sonos support case for this but the web site suggests that I try the forum first. I generated diagnostics 641008197 in case
SONOS Radio "unable to play 'Rock Pantheon'- the associated service account was not found in your Sonos system"
Hasn’t worked at all today, Nov 10th 2020. Only trying the ‘branded’ sonos stations, “Rock Pantheon, Alternative Energy, etc” I’ve reset all speakers, reset wifi/router, reset fiber modem. All other sources work as intended. Submitted diagnostics: 720274124
Suddenly Sonos radio stopped working: … the associated service account was not found in your Sonos system. Logged out and in. Removed and added Sonos Radio. Same problem. Updated the app and the Sonos software. Same problem. Removed Sonos radio, and tried to add it again. Now that doesn’t even work. Clicking “I already have an account”, result:error, problem authorizing your account. Clicking “I’m new to Sonos radio”/“create account”. Result: no result was found for this page (browser).Yet another problem with Sonos...
Hi!The majority of my ripped cd’s in my itunes library are grayed out in my Apple Music library inside the Sonos app and therefore can’t be played on the new Sonos speaker I just purchased. However, everything I ever purchased on itunes can be played. Can you help?Thanks in advance. Steve
I have my Sonos linked to 2 Spotify accounts and I can access Sonos from both accounts using Spotify app when I'm connected to the network same network, but when I'm not connected to it I can only see the Sonos from one of the accounts.Of course, both accounts are "authorized", and I have reautorized them with no luck on it. I am experiencing some issues with my Playbar 5.1 Setup (Playbar, Sub, 2x Play:1) on Apple Music streaming. I get stuttering on manually starting to play songs. The issue is not present if I a full playlist is running from one to the next song. Only if I manually start a new song the first seconds are stuttering and it looks like the sounds is jumping between the speakers in the room. As I experienced the issue with the existing Sonos Boost Setup and I thought it is maybe due to the STP issue with the Unifi system I switched my setup away from SonosNet Boost Setup to a Wifi Setup on Unifi System. I have very good Wifi coverage in this room and the problem only exists on Apple Music on the described constellation above. No issue with other streaming service or with Live TV. Also in other rooms (Play:1, Play:1 Stereo or Play:3 Stereo) no issues at all. 2 Diagnostic Logs here: 790420427 Apple Music 381325991 Amazon Music Please help me to resolve the issue - thank you, BR Chris

Je précise que les radio TuneIn fonctionnent normalement.Mon système est sur l’app. Android 12.1.2 avec 1 Boost, 2 Play1 et 1 PlayBar. I have a Synology Nas and when I click into Music Library setup I enter the path of my music in Music Library Setup followed by my log on and password the Next button remains greyed out. When I play a song from the Spotify iPhone app, the sound will go quiet for 3 seconds then restart again. I have power cycled everything including the router, didn’t help. All the system is up to date, I just checked. Besides, this has been going on for months - if not years. More in general, I noticed there seem to be a conflict between the Spotify app and the Sonos app. It almost looks as if they are both wrangling for control and conflict arises. Help much appreciated!
I’m not sure why but when I search for a song or artist in the IOS Sonos app, other services I have connected (Pandora, Soundcloud, etc) seem better at handling slight misspellings than Spotify.Yet, Spotify’s native search looks pretty robust. https://support.spotify.com/us/article/search/Example: If I search for “Shakera” I don’t get results for the obvious “Shakira”. Other services do bring up alternatives for these kinds of slightly-off entries.This does not happen inside the native Spotify app (which understands misspellings). Only when searching through the Sonos app.What’s up with this? Plans to fix it?
The Sonos S2 App looses the connection to all services (Radio, Spotify, Soundcloud) on my iPhone. The first symptom is that the images used by the services (e.g. album covers and logo’s) don’t show in the App after that connecting to another service is impossible. It seems to be connected to the fact that I’m using a wifi network with multiple acces points (Ubiquity). Roaming within the wifi network works perfectly, I have no issues with other apps on my phone.The problem can be temporarily fixed by disabling and enabling the wifi connection.This is what I already did to fix the problem, without the desired result:Updated the iPhone and App with the latest release I checked the health of the Ubiquity network and everything is perfect I rebooted all Sonos devices I re-installed the Sonos App multiple times I reconnected to the servicesI’ve uploaded diagnostics info: 39889579
Tried to set up an alarm using my Apple Music playlist and continued to receive “We’ve run into a problem. Try again.” message on Sonos app in Apple iOS and Windows. Can still play from the Apple Music playlists, but can’t load the playlists. Diagnostic #: 1254326539
Sonos still cant find my playlists. I’ve followed all instructions, repeatedly: exported Windows 10 itunes playlists to .xml files, into 8the three pc folders i told sonos are my music folders. in fact, i dumped one of these playlists into a half dozen folders on the pc. And fof course, I’ve run the update library index repeatedly. None of this is working. Ironically, under Sonos imported playlists i do see several playlists from years ago, that no longer even exist n the pc.
I've got an ASUS RT-AC68U wireless router and am really struggling connecting to a music library on a USB.On my old router, I just plugged the USB in the back and entered the appropriate path when defining the music library location in Sonos and it all worked fine.With the new router, I can't figure out how to connect Sonos to the USB stick plugged into the back. The router's USB config utility gives me an option to setup a UPnP media server, which I've done (because I've read that Sonos is UPnP-compliant), but I don't know if that's the right thing to do. I still have no idea what the path is to the USB stick, or how to access it. I've downloaded and read the relevant section of the router manual, but I'm still stuck. The ASUS range of wireless routers is pretty common, so I'm hoping someone can help me sort out what should be a really simple problem.

Have been using Google music for 2 years with no issue, but now I have switched over to Youtube Music and have authenticated my account. It’s *****. Inside the Sonos app, when I go to Youtube, there is nothing in the app. It says “no selection available”. There are no charts, lists, the ability to search… nothing. At one time it said ‘Playlists’, but that was the only option. Any idea how to fix this? Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the community guidelines.
I was forced to update to Sonos 2. Now Spotify will not connect to my speaker. Also can’t see spotify as an option on music services on the Sonos 2 app. Spotify just saying connecting but never does. Got latest updates to app no help. Any one got any ideas? Speaker is basically useless to me if I can’t get it to work.

Beam is connected via Ethernet to a TP Link Archer router (over power line adapter) and a virgin Superhub 3 in modem mode. constantly having issues with Spotify pausing and starting again after what seems like buffering. Hi,We have a Sonos Port in our living room, a Sonos One in our kitchen and an IKEA Symfonisk in our kid’s bedroom (all up to date). We usually listen to the live streamed radio station Sveriges Radio in the mornings. The stream keeps jumping, I think it’s back in time. More than an hour is my guess. This always happens out of the blue. Some mornings it doesn’t happen, some mornings it can happen so many times you just want to go buy and old school FM radio and retire the Sonos speakers (not really, but you get the frustration 😉).When this happens I’ve never found an issue with Sveriges Radio at status.sonos.com, it seems like it’s a bug somewhere. I don’t know if it’s on the Sonos side of things or at Sveriges Radio’s side, but it’s pretty annoying and I don’t seem to be alone.I searched the community before writing this, and found at least one person with the exact same issue. Completed the iPhone update to iOS 14 over the weekend (I have an XR phone). Sonos works fine, and I can access Tidal as a music service there. But when I access the Tidal App, the Sonos speakers are no longer visible. My options are only iPhone and Airplay/Bluetooth. I’ve tried reinstalling both apps, and reconnecting Tidal in the Sonos App. Any idea?
