Sonos S1 will not find the system using a new iPad Air but works fine with existing iPhones. Anyone know of this and do you have a solution.

Hi @RLSystems

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with your iPad Air not connecting to your S1 Sonos system.

Please uninstall the app and then reinstall it. On launch, please be sure to allow the permissions the app asks for - one will relate to local network access which the app needs to communicate with the Sonos system.

If that was not the problem, please describe your home network - do you have multiple WiFi Access Points? If so, what happens if you connect the iPad to a different one?

You may find a router and/or iPad reboot will help. When rebooting the router, please leave it off for at least 30 seconds.

I hope this helps.
