Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with audio interruptions when playing Tidal.

My assumption is that while you have enough bandwidth for playing Sonos Radio, the higher bitrates of Tidal content is just a little too much for the speaker’s connection.

It is likely that what is limiting your bandwidth (and I am referring to the speaker’s bandwidth to the router, not the speed of your internet connection, here) is interference. I recommend you give our Reduce wireless interference help page a read, keeping in mind the area around the router and around the speaker in mind when you do so.
