I used to happily listen to Radio Swiss Classic IT on Sonos. Then came the 'Catastrophe'!The station disappeared and I cannot get it back. The radio station say there is nothing wrong at their end. I guess it must be more fallout from the disastrous software update?  

Add me to those multitudes where Airplay can’t connect to Sonos Beam.Been working for three years.Just stopped.Any solution? Step by step? (Work ok with other devices in my home.)

I just installed the Tunein app on my iPhone, I added Tuneis as a service to my Sonos app. I am trying to listen to a podcast and it plays through my Sonos speakers “Welcome to Tune-in!” and it plays a 30-second advertisement… but the actual podcast itself never starts playing. I press the Play button again and the “Welcome to Tunein” 30-second advertisement starts playing again. How do I get the actual podcast to play? Also, I tried to listen to the same podcast through the iHeartRadio service and it said “Unable to play (podcast name) the connection to iHeartRadio was lost”. How do I fix this? All I want to do is listen to my favorite podcast through Sonos!

can we return speakers for refund. app is so broken it has been a couple years since I have been able to access my music library. will not buy another sonos product unril rectified. the one thing they offered was a no hassle easy wireless experience. somehow they have completely lost their way.  can we get a refund?

Long time Sonos user (>10 years). First time post.I have been using the S1 app until now as part of my system was not compatible with S2/New App.Removed Play 5 (Gen 1), added Era 300 and moved to New App today.More painful than expected and needed to do a factory reset on each item and add into new system in New App. Finally got set up, however I am not able to use the queue function. Play Now, Play Next and Add to end of Queue all do not work (across all streaming apps and music library via NAS).Replace Queue does seem to work, with music starting immediately. Tried a reboot of router, reboot of all products and reboot of app. No change.is the queue problem still a known issue or should it be working?Any ideas on how to resolve much appreciated. Thank you 

I don’t understand why such a simple concept: “I want to play the music I own or subscribe to on the speakers attached to my WiFi” is so hard to navigate in your app.Between your weird descriptions of your Services, your Favorites and Your Sources, it is difficult to get get a simple song on Apple Music that I’m signed in to play on the selected speakers (2 out of 10 that show up on the Sources).Your app has sucked for years. Can you hire a good usability person, or your most ticked off user, to just come in and help you to redesign this before you go down the Crappy App road again? 

Hello,I use my 2 Era 100 + sub mini with an Apple TV, so with Airplay 2.After about 30 minutes, no sound...I need to unplug and replug (power off, then power on) the Era 100 to be able to have the sound again.Is it a known problem? How to fix it?Thanks for your help and advice.BR

My YouTube Music playlist has 2,337 songs. The Sonos app on android, when selecting my playlist, now takes a hand full of songs and repeats them totalling to 34,100 songs. Shuffle doesn't work. Before this it used to show 500 songs. This is just flat out awful and frustrating. It's amazing how we went from a good product to garbage and it has been for a long time. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a concern. When will this be fixed?

It shows I’m signed in to my account but I cannot login as the system owner. It’s an endless loop, I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app, and done everything I can think of short of wiping the whole system and starting over. Help please. 

I have a system with a Sonos ultra arc + 2 one sl + one sub gen 3. everything was working fine, except true play which is a misery. now the app request I log in as system owner. I am the system owner.. it was working previously.. I have reinstalled the app but still the same error message..

I have different user profiles in my Amazon music account for different people in my household. I can access Amazon music through the Sonos app, but it doesn’t see the profiles in Amazon music. How do I fix this?I use the Android Sonos S2 app.

The volume slider keeps disappearing from the app.  The SONOS app is garbage, but the inability to control volume now makes the speakers GARBAGE too. Wednesday I switched internet providers.  WiFi in new router was configured the same as previous router, including same name and password.  SONOS speakers would not reconnect, even after cycling power.  Create a new WiFi network and follow instructions to use app to change network settings.  Only 1 of 3 speakers come back.  Nothing would bring those speakers back.  Following other threads on this forum, did factory reset on speaker.  App could finally find the speaker, but stated I could not use the speaker until firmware update.  WTF.  Updated.  App still said I needed to update firmware to use speaker, but also told me the firmware was up to date.  WTF.  Following another thread on the forum, cleared app data and cache… no help… and uninstall / reinstall app.  Both non-functional speakers request update.  Perfoem update

I have purchased a synology Beestation and after some initial problems managed to connect it to my Sonos. It worked OK for about two weeks playing my music library through my Samsung tablet then lost connection. I have tried reconnection using original file path with no success,I get either " something went wrong " or " access denied " messages. I have tried all the usual remedies, Any Ideas?

Dear Forum,struggling with thus half my Sunday. Hopefully you can help out.  i do not know what the taxonomy in sonos is, to add a music library on the USB stick I insrted in the modem. I have now\\fritz.box\JeroenMusicthe usb stick is called ‘JeroenMusic’ with directly all my CD’s on it. But somehow this doesnt work. sonos gives feedback that the access is denied.assumed that all settings are correct in the fritzbox, I would like to know whether the syntax is ok.  thanks

Is there an option to block others from messing with the volume of the sonos app?

Old story by now but here it is: in the Sonos app (latest) on iOS (v18) was (finally) able to add my MacOS Music library hosted on a Mac Mini. However, I noticed that a new album I had added to the Music library was not appearing in the Sonos app. The default setting, I believe, is to update the library every night. Clearly not happening. I tried to manually update the library (“scan for new content”) but that did not help. I deleted the library but the app became stuck on scanning even though I had deleted the library. So I deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app and it still showed that that it was scanning (which is weird as deleting an app on the iPhone removes all of its files; maybe the Sonos app is pulling some setting from the Sonos servers?). Anyway, after much force-quiting and restarting the iPhone the scanning stopped. Now I cannot add my Music library back. I keep getting the “access denied” message. Nothing has changed on the Mac Mini in terms of sharing, etc.. I verifie

Ever since the app 'update' I have continued to experience problems with it crashing and having to restart it. This especially becomes a problem when trying to play any radio station. In recent, weeks it has gotten worst with 'currently unable to play' error message everything time I select a radio station. I have multiple sonos players, location throughout my home. I love the sonos system and have enjoyed playing music through it for many years. However, these constant issues are trying my patience and I have reached the point that if there is no real improvement to the app, I will be selling all my speakers. 

I just did an ‘update all’ in the app store on my ipad earlier today. I wasn’t paying attention, but perhaps there was a sonos update in the list.Now I see that all of my Sonos playlists have disappeared. The playlists remain in the app on my iphone, which I have not updated.Is this another chapter in the continuing Sonos screwup saga? Is there a way I can copy the playlists from my phone to my tablet? What the hell is going on NOW?

Hello, good afternoon. I have a question please. If I have two different Sonos accounts (i.e. two systems registered with two different emails), is it possible to manage the music from both accounts with a single Sonos App? That is, play music from a single device (for example a tablet) regardless of the location? Could I control the music from any internet connection without having to be physically at the location? Thank you in advance.

As far as I am aware I have set all the ‘pop up’ and ‘notification’ options to ‘off’ on my account but I am still occasionally seeing adverts from Sonos on my controller. Have I missed a setting hidden away somewhere or are Sonos just ignoring my request?    

The “add the playlist” option seems to have disappeared from the … menu of the songs. I still see “add to favorites”, “play next” etc… but no more proposal to add the song to a playlist.Does anyone know where that option has gone to?
