I have no alarms currently set. In the past I had a 7am alarm to play a radio station but I removed it ( or so I thought).
 

Now the current settings definitely show no alarms set,

but the alarm is actually operating and the station plays for 1 hour every morning.

 

how do I cancel the alarm?

Assuming you are using the Sonos App and not S1…Follow the instructions at the END of this tutorial.
