not working for 3 days.  what now?

I've been using Spotify on Sonos for years, but for some reason it fails to connect a couple of days ago. I got in touch with the chat support yesterday. Got the suggestion to try reinstall Spotify on Sonos. It didn't work and now I can't even get Spotify into Sonos. Got this message. No problems with the network using other stuff. (Sorry for screenshot in Swedish) 

I have been streaming Sirius XM for a few years. Just lost the ability to browse SXM in Sonos2.  Reset all passwords and accounts and still not able to access SXM. Not sure what else to reset. 

I have to ask this question again. Why is it the performance of Sonos in playing FLAC files has waned over the last couple of years since Sonos preoccupation with being all things to everyone i.e. streaming from every possible source, 5.1 etc. Despite having the matrix I have attached speakers drop out especially one side of stereo pairs. Whenever I skip to the next track speakers drop out and slowly synch up again. Does not happen on MP3s with their lower bitrate. Those of us who were early adopters can remember that Sonos was supposed to have the ability to play 32 speakers with multiple music streams in different rooms. The S2 app takes an age to load on a fast laptop. Changing volume settings can now have a delay as others mentioned. Has some of the memory capacity that used to be available been used for the new features. Don't forget the original system was just designed to play music from local sources and a bit of Internet Radio. Perceived reliability has really begun to suffer

Most of my music library is in 16/44.1 Redbook and streams fine to my Ones and my Port.  No probs there.  However, I also have a few 24/96 files and since S2 can now do 24/48, I down-sampled those files to 24/48 and they stream fine from my Win10 PC to my Port.  However, the DAC I have the Port connected to indicates the music is 44.1kHz, rather than 48kHz. The files are clearly 24/48 and they’re playing OK, but I’m interested to know why they’re showing as 44.1 on my DAC.  The Port wouldn’t further down-sample from 48 to 44.1 for any reason would it?  Or is my DAC maybe wrong?

Since upgrading to S2 controller (something I thought would be benign) I have the following problems: System no longer compatible - only port is recognised (missing 3 sonos ones) Music library on mac not found In short no music Please help

I updated my router and access to my iTunes Music library was denied. I looked at all of the old threads and followed what they told me to do and still no access. I sent in a diagnostic report 2111532290I spent thousands of dollars on music and countless hours putting together playlists and it is frustrating that I can’t access them.

Hi my NAS died and I now try to connect a USB device connected to my modem with all the music on to Sonos.  Using the browse option I can see the modem with the Music subfoldetr in the Explorer style search but the ‚Ok‘ button is greyed out and I can’t select the music folder. 

HelloOvernight a lot of the radio stations I listen to have just stopped working.examples. would be:NTS live 2 (NTS live 1 works)SomaFM - cliqhop and various othersThese were working fine yesterday but no longer workI can access them via chrome without any issues.is there a way to check what the issue is?Thanks 

Error message:  Unable to play music title.m4a - the file //iMac/Music/Users/myname/Desktop/My iTunes Backup/iTunes/iTunes Media/Music/Artist Name/Album name/Song Title.m4a cannot be found. I can play the music on my computer, but not through Sonos. This happened after I got a new computer. The majority of my music library transferred over fine - this problem only applies to about 50 songs all in the same playlist.

Since wirelessly connecting my speakers directly to my network router, I haven’t been able to connect to my music library on my pc.  I get error message saying my pc isn’t responding.  I also connected a usb thumb drive containing my music to my router and tried to access it without success.  I must be doing something wrong.  Please advise how I can resolve this issue.  Thank you.

I have two products showing in my online account that i no longer have: a Bridge I discarded and a Boost I returned for a replacement. How can I remove them from my account?

Hi, I'm using an AppleTV 4K and a Beam connected to my TVs HDMI ARC. When I start my Apple TV it choose to play the sound on Airplay 2 in on my Sonos One in the kitchen instead of just playing through HDMI. I've chosen HDMI as the default output on my ATV. Anyone got any sugestions?

I can no longer access FIP radio either through TuneIn or Sonos Radio. Is this a temporary problem?

I’ve been running in to a problem for the last couple of months and I think I’ve stumbled across the cause.For a while now, occasionally when I’ve asked Alexa to play something from Spotify, she’s replied from one of my Sonos speakers saying “Playing <whatever> from Spotify” only for there to be complete silence. If you ask her a second time to play the same thing, the music then starts playing successfully.I’ve also been running in to a problem where, in the Spotify app, I’ll try and connect to a Sonos speaker via Spotify Connect and occasionally it’ll immediately disconnect. It’s weird, it looks like it’s connecting, and it looks like it very briefly connects for a fraction of a second, and then it’ll disconnect. Attempt to connect to the same speaker a second time and it will succeed and stay connected.From my tests, I think these two issues have the same cause: the Sonos app. Play anything from Spotify using the Sonos app and if you subsequently try to play anything from Spot

I am unable to get any foreign radio stations through tunein, not my saved favorites or any new ones. Nothing. The service is available. I haven’t changed any settings. I can only get uk stations .  Anyone got any ideas? 

I’ve recently swtiched to the new SOnos app. Since then, the only radio stations I’m able to play are those in the UK. Every other radio station eg, 538, Cafe Del Mar and may others will not play at all. I think we can eliminate that these stations have changed the way they boradcast, so can only assume it’s an issue with the new Sonos controller. Can someone help please. Thanks Paul

As of about midday today I can’t play any radio stations except BBC. I’m trying on Tune-In and Sonos Radio principally. I have been accessing stations in the US and Europe for years via Sonos. Is anyone aware of services being removed from e.g. Texas (KXT) or New Mexico (KTAO), or even Spain (Finlandia)?I can still see the stations in Sonos controllers as usual, but when trying to play them, the Pause button shows momentarily but then reverts to the Play button, with nothing actually playing.Is it me, or has anyone else experienced this?

Dear Sonos team/community,since one of the more recent Sonos Controller updates, the experience when browsing Spotify through the controller application totally changed.Since basically the beginning of (Sonos-)time it has been possible to browse the Spotify catalogue for the featured/highlighted playlists which change throughout the day and the thousands of playlists which are available in the different genre sections. E.g. you could go to genres and choose between rock, electronic, mood playlists, rap and many many more.I used this workflow a lot every day to play exactly the playlists of which genre I want to hear right now.Now, as mentioned, this experience has entirely changed. As far as I can see in the iOS or Windows controller apps, it’s now only possible to browse though folders with playlists which I either recently listened to or which are recommended by the Spotify algorithm.Like I said, this breaks a workflow I (and my entire family) was using for quite a few years already.

Hi, several national french radio (via tunelin) are not anymore working (i.e Europe 1, RTL, France Info, ...) Any idea / solution ? Best.

I am running MacOS Catalina 10.15.6 and SONOS S2 Controller. I am able to import my Apple Music/iTunes library, but the playlists are not importing into the S2 Controller. My understanding is that the new Music app no longer supports XML, which S2 relies on.Is there a way to import Apple Music (iTunes) playlists? Thank you!

Good evening. I've had my Sonos Play:1 for a few weeks now and just started having issues with songs skipping completely. The error log reads 'song not encoded correctly.' I'm not entirely sure what this means, considering all of the other songs on the album play without issue. Is it a connection issue? Like I said, I've only had it for a few weeks, but this is the first time I've had a problem. Thank you!

Since updating to MacOS Catalina 1.0.2.37 my Sonos desktop controller won’t import playlists from Apple Music (iTunes). It updates the music files but can no longer update the playlists.  Any suggestions?

I want to add my Sonos beam into my HomeKit, but I cannot find the device from the home app. I had tried to reset my beam and restart my home but it is not working.
