Diagnostic number: 882209052Hi i have been having this issue ever since i purchased this system... i haven't tried it on all music services (which i will do) but the testing i have been doing is on streaming iHeart Radio. It seems that after a period of time the speaker or group of speakers starts to loose the stream and skips, it gets worse once it starts and doesnt recover. if i stop and start the group of speakers it works for a while ~1hr, then starts skipping again. I have replaced the router, switches and access points and this still happens. One test i've done is to split the group of speakers into two with each group having a hardwired set of speakers, this has proved that it's not the wifi as these speakers suffer the same issue. I have also started the second group of speakers after the first lot start exhibiting the issue and they work fine with the same service as the first set continue skipping. i will continue testing but would appreciate any suggestions on fixing this.  

I am running a moderately-sized local lbirary on my local PC.  This is the same PC that my Sonos controller is on.  I’ve added the Music directory.  Some of the tracks show up in the Sonos Music Library and some do not. I’ve checked that the missing tracks are:In the right directory MP3s Have proper metadata Have short file namesAny other reason why some albums are found and others are not?

I currently own the Amp and have the S2 app installed on my Mac which is running 10.15.6.  I mainly use the Amp and the Sonos S2 app to play music that is stored on my Mac.I needed to add album art to my stored music so that it would show up in the S2 app Music Library.  I discovered that the best way for me to do this was to find album art for each of my 400 albums (folders) and place each one called “folder.jpg” separately in each folder.  That works great and the album art shows up in the S2 app Music Library.  However, when I rip a 2 CD box set, only one album for it will show up in my Music Library, and all songs from both CDs are in it.How do I get both albums from a 2 CD box set to show up separately as 2 CDs in the Music Library?  I use an app called XLD https://sourceforge.net/projects/xld/ to rip CDs as FLAC files to my Mac.  It uses the freedb music database to tag the CDs that I rip.One more question.  I have many AD/DC albums stored on my Mac.  When I go to the S2 app Musi

Hi There, I’ve updated my location to US and I still cannot add Spotify as a music service, it doesn’t show up nor when I search for it. I’ve downloaded and reinstalled the app as well. Any suggestions?

Amazon music not working.  All other sources (Pandora, Spotify. Etc.) play just fine.  However when i try to play anything from Amazon it says “Requested operation Failed”.  Ive removed and re-added Amazon service but no luck.  Any suggestions?

I have been using Amazon Music HD for about a week and am noticing some issues playing Stations.Today - as I am looking for some good stations for the evening - I am getting the response - Unable to play “name of station” The connection to Amazon was lost.If I play the Amazon App - no issues at all. Is anyone else experiencing this?  

Anyone having an issue playing Sirius XM 70/80’s Christmas channel (780) on your sonos system?  Every other station works fine but that.  It plays fine directly on the sirius app.

SiriusXM is “unable to browse music”.  This is a constant issue for as long as I have had SiriusXM connected.  It just doesn’t work worth a crap. It very seldom is able to connect, and when it does it will stop after a while with an “unable to connect” error message.  I don’t know if this is a Sonos or Sirius issue, but neither seems to be doing a damn thing about it.  Advertised services are NOT WORKING AS ADVERTISED.  Someone please fix this worthless service or refund my money. 

Hi all. Having a few issue trying to casting to work from the Plex apps.  I can play my plex library directly from the sonos app so think my plex media server is set up correctly. However, when I try and cast from the plex/plexamp app sonos gives an error:The leading numbers are the internal ip of the NAS running the plex server and the last number is the port. Same song plays fine from sonos app. Not sure if the issue is on sonos side, plex side or something with my network... Diagnostic from just after the screenshot 2007402986, hoping might pinpoint where the issue is...Attempting to troubleshoot, I switched from a sonosnet setup (with playbase connected to router via ethernet) to Wi-fi following a suggestion on the Plex forum. Didn't help so I switched back.  Now I'm not sure if everything is as it should be. All players, other than my Move, are WM0 which is good, however, my router is showing my playbase as connected via Wi-Fi, not ethernet.  So I tried disabling the playbase Wi-F

Hello.I’ve been using Sonos one since 6 months or so, and just recently the connected Spotify have been acting weird.At the moment I can’t play music that I’ve connected through Spotify on to my Sonos.Some tracks are playing for a few seconds, then switches to another one, and another one.Some tracks Sonos just skips.If I access the tracks via Spotify it’s working, but as soon as I connect my Iphone 11 PRO Max it continues at the same way than before.Anyone having the same problem?

For the past two days, Amazon Music (regardless of channel!) stops playing completely. This is really getting old…Anyone else seeing this problem?

Been using Pandora for two years without problem. After the last Sonos update the system keeps skipping songs, stops randomly and gives me messages stating that it lost connection to Pandora, or that there is not enough network bandwidth or that it can’t find the Sonos system. Nothing else changed in my system, all other wireless devices work fine and I can stream 4K Tv without problems ??? What gives ???

When streaming podcasts (doesn’t matter which podcast) through my different Sonos devices, they always interrupt after 22 min and jumps to the previous podcast episode. It is extremely irritating and I have no clue what causes it. I have restarted my router, updated firmware on the router, restarted all Sonos devices, updated the app etc. but nothing helps. Any ideas out there? 

Since updating my iPad to the latest v11.2.3 of the S1 app, the app no longer finds my Sonos system - Sonos bridge and gen 1 play 5s My iPhone running v11.2.2 of the app works fine, so the Sonos system is working fine. Initially the app did not find the system soI uninstalled and reinstalled the app. With the latest app freshly installed on the iPad .. it does not find the existing system … nor, when signing in can I “create a new system” when trying to “pair” it with either the bridge or a speaker directly. The app does not let me progress beyond either of those steps.  I have rebooted the bridge also. Any ideas as to how I can get this iPad S1 app working again would be appreciated.

This morning Sonos stopped playing Amazon HD.  Amazon HD is working on my computer and on my phone so it’s seems not to be an Amazon problem. Is there a way to fix this?

I have re-authorized Amazon Prime music on the Sonos app on my iPhone X multiple times this morning, and when attempting to play any station or playlist the following message pops-up on my iPhone screen for about 2 seconds and then disappears:“Requested operation failed. Please try again.” I cannot get anything to play from Amazon Prime Music through the Sonos app this morning. I have used this for 2+ years with Amazon Prime Music without any problems.  I can access Amazon Prime Music directly through the Amazon Prime Music app on my phone, but through Sonos nothing will play. 

Hi. My Sonos radio account needed to reauthorize but it doesnt let me do the process. All it say is “Error” There was a problem authorizing your account. Internet and connection is working fine. I logged out to try and login again but problem persists.  thanks

See Diagnostic 438829679. One track is missing from an album that is visible on Apple Music. Re-scanning library does not address the issues.

I tried opening up Sonos to play music from my Amazon Music Unlimited account today, but nothing will play.  I can see most of the music, including Amazon playlists, my artists, etc, but it won’t show my playlists or play any music, giving the “Requested operation failed.  Please try again.”  The music is playing on my phone through the Amazon Music app and I can play music via other sources, such as Pandora, through the Sonos app with no issues.  I have submitted a diagnostic report - 2135087960

Had a Sonos One for a couple of years now, no issue. Partner registered the Sonos and used a mix of the Sonos App and the Spotify App to play through the speaker, while I just played direct through the Spotify app. Since the changes to the Sonos account registration thing my partner managed to reconnect to Sonos but now I can only ‘see’ the Sonos from Spotify when my partner’s phone is in the house (???), and if I turn on the speaker when he isn’t home his music or podcasts start playing through it! Even if he’s not actively listening to anything!!! The only suggestions to fix seem to be that a) my partner can add my Spotify account to his Sonos app - involving me logging in with my account details on his app, or alternately him logging in on my phone to the sonos app. I don’t seem to be able to log into the sonos app at all if I connect to our speaker because I’m not the ‘registered user’ Surely sonos don’t support password sharing? Is that really the only way?Literally all I want to

Hello.  Thanks in large part to the support from these forums my system has been working just fine since I installed it and worked out the kinks.  That’s about 1.7 years.  Today one of my sub-woofers just randomly started dropping out.   I’ve long ago assigned IP addresses to everything in the network so it’s not that.  I decided to look at the “about my system.”In my set-up, I have around 19 speakers with many (not all) of the devices connected by ethernet.  Some speakers are paired as part of a left/right stereo speaker and some are paired with a sub-woofer. Every speaker in my system shows as WM:0.  I don’t have any WM:1 or WM:2.   I don’t understand that?  If one of the speakers is not connected by ethernet, should that be WM:1?  Or do I misunderstand how that works?In my case, the Kitchen Amp may be connected by ethernet but the sub-woofer is not, so I’m not sure if that’s WM1, 2 or 3.  I’ve attached my Network Matrix just in case anyone needs to see that. I’d like to make sure th

I have had intermittent problems with my Sonos system in the 4+ years I’ve had speakers, but a re-boot has always seemed to solve the issue.  However, when I tried to listen to Amazon Music today it simply won’t work, no matter what I’ve tried.  Re-booted, tried removing Amazon Music then adding again.  Other services (Pandora) seem to be working fine.  Please help!

I've been having an issue with YouTube Music (YTM) for a while now. Ever since about 5-6 weeks ago, I've been unable to access YTM directly through the Sonos app or tell my Golgle Assistant devices (phone, tablet, Nest Home Hub Max, Sonos One) to play YTM on my Sonos speakers. It works fine on my Assidtsmt devices, even my JBL speakers. Just not Sonos. I've tried using the Somos app on my Android devices, iPhone, and PC program. It's always showing as unavailable. My Sonos speakers and app are fully updated, YTM has been removed from Sonos and added multiple times, I tried resetting my entire Sonos setup... Other people aren't having issues. What is going on with YTM and my Sonos speakers? I tried giving it some time thinking it was a glitch that would eventually be fixed. I know there's things going on but it's been more than a month.   I've contacted both Sonos and Google support but haven't heard back, that was a couple of weeks ago.
