I had to reset and rebuild my Sonos system today. When I try to add my existing Apple Music account to Sonos via the app on Android, after clicking “I’m Already a Member”, I get a white screen. Nothing else appears. The same thing happens if I select “Start Trial.”

Any ideas?

Apparently this is currently a ‘known’ issue (reported here previously) that Sonos/Apple are already investigating - the workaround suggested is to try to use an iOS device for the Apple Music Service setup until a fix is released.
