Hi there,My s1 app cannot play some of my apple music library albums. All of The albums appear all right, but in some of them, the songs are greyed and not playable.Its album that i heard for some years back. I signed out and in from the Service, but it didnt help.Thanks, Rami 

Hello the community I recently goes to Catalina and iTunes changed in MUSIC. Now I realise I can’t see any updates of my playlists. No new one are recognize by Sonos. It seems it’s an usual problem with Music but I realy need to have acces to those playlists. Someone of you had found any solution about this problem?PS/ My playlist doesn’t exceed 100 titles and I only have something like 20 or 30 playlists. Thank you very much.

Hi, noticed i cannot play any mytuner radiostations any longer on sonos. Sonos app on mobile says cannot play radio station directly when selecting a mytuner radio channel. I can still play all the streams directly in my mytuner app on mobile, so it must be a sonos problem. I can start other radio stations on Sonos if i choose streams from e.g tunein or radioplay provider instead of mytuner.Any ideas on what could be wrong?Have a sonos symfonisk.  

After upgrading my Mac Pro to Big Sur my music library via iTunes won’t play. When I try to update music library the system tells me it can’t locate my hard drive (on which Sonos is installed!). I updated Sonos which didn’t fix it. Can’t add a new path as cannot connect to hard drive. A new path recently appeared showing my library but it has now disappeared again!

Hi folks Apologies if this been answered already or if it’s a daft question. I have noticed this happening in the last year or so. When I try to play different music in 2 different rooms, one room will stop playing after 1 song while the other room will continue. I pay for just the bog standard Apple Music (9.99 a month). Have Apple stopped Sonos from being able to play separate albums in separate rooms? It certainly worked fine when I first purchased the system.Any help appreciated and apologies for wasting anyone’s time, first post here! Thanks

Hi, I’ve noticed within Sonos random tracks are greyed out & won’t play...yet they show & play perfectly fine in Apple Music. After very lengthy conversations with Sonos & Apple I’m no further forward it getting the issue resolved. I have reset router & bridge , deleted Apple Music & re-added , deleted a few greyed tracks from Apple Music & re-added (& still shows greyed in Sonos)…..it’s the same on all my apple devices….I’m now feel out of options. Very frustrated! Does anyone have any suggestions to resolve ?  

I have an issue where certain songs that I can play from my Apple Music (monthly subscription) will not play through my Sonos App.  In most cases it is a few songs in an album.  (Usually the most popular songs)  In some cases it is the whole album.    I just noticed this issue in the last few days.  This seems like a copyright issue.   How can I get back to the place where all of my Apple music was able to stream through my at home speakers.   

Does anyone have any updated information on when SiriusXM will be be able to be played back though the Sonos App? This is starting to drag on. 

I just bought a Sonos Move for myself. My roommate currently has his own Sonos system. I want to set up my own speaker under my own account but when I go to add the speaker it asks me to sign in under his account. How do I get around this and sign in with mine instead?

MacBook Pro with version 11.2.3 (20D91) throws the following error, when I try to update my music library on the Sonos desktop app:Unable to add the shared folder “//<my computer name>/Music” to your  Music Library (1001).When I search for solutions online, I find tons of people with the same problem, and no one posting a solution, other than to contact Sonos Support, which, obviously, is not a solution.When Sonos decided to stop allowing customers to play music from their phones, it was a big disappointment, and, to me, a violation of the promise they made as a HARDWARE company.Now they also refuse to allow me to play music from my laptop? Is this by design?  Or do Sonos engineers simply not test their software on Macs?

Since I've upgraded to the S2 controller a problem with playing Stingray music has arisen. The first song to play repeats. The Controller displays a new song but the one that played first just repeats, over and over. I've got a Play:1 and Stereo Play:3's as well as a Playbar in my system. Thoughts?

I am using S1 system, with a number of S1 only products.  I am getting a message ‘Unable to connect to music library’. The music library is stored on a networked PC. I have configured the PC for sharing, including the firewall. The fiilename is correct. I thought I would try to remove the library and reinstall it, but the Sonos S1 controller app won’t let me do that without updating the software, which I presume would then update it to S2 and I wouldn’t then be able to use my system.  Can someone help?  Thanks.

Hi AllBackstory once a very happy google play member with my own music playlists and selections uploaded to Google. Where Sonos and Google play and my Sony Bravia were all compatible happy days… Then we were forced to migrate into YouTube music which was as bad as could be expected and wouldn't playback through the Bravia or even see any of my music.So it finally looks like they have fixed that so we are halfway back to where we were last year…So the Sonos app doesn't want to play my albums or playlists anyone out there use the Sonos App and YTM (I could do with some pointers on the commands to play the Music you have uploaded in to YouTube cloud..) Any thoughts.CheersPaul

My Sonos Radio played stations, but not it says station not available, the station just plays commercials, or just nothing (no sound). I am not a paying subscriber to Sonos Radio. Does this mean I have to subscribe to receive these stations ?

Hi,  I have linked my Youtube Account, and i can see the playlists, but all songs are displayed with a slash acrsoss and cannot be played. Any tips? 

Any idea when they are going to fix the problem of playlists not appearing on IOS, asked this question a while ago and still nothing

I know that this has probably been covered off on here many times but I struggle to find the answer. I have created playlists within the Sonos app by adding favourite tracks from Apple Music. For months everything is fine and now many of the tracks are not able to be played. There are a number of different messages including “no longer available”, “cannot be found” etc. The artwork has disappeared beside each of these tracks. Don’t ant to have to add them all again. Am i missing something??

I'm getting this error message on the Sonos app when I try to play music from certain areas in the Primephonic music service:"An error occured while adding tracks to the queue. 402" And the tracks do not play.I searched the forums but didn't see anything relevant.  Is this a problem with Primephonic and should I contact them?

Hello. I’ve seen this mentioned a bunch but unsure if there is a fix. I have several large (2k songs) playlists and when using shuffle via Sonos, only a few songs get played. Super frustrating, as I don’t have the experience playing direct via Apple Music. It has nothing to do with play count, as I don’t think Sonos even counts songs in that manner, yet it does seem to favor the same songs over & over again. Why is Sonos selecting only a limited number of tracks from these expansive playlists?  

Sonos app seems to only load some of my Deezer playlists and not others.  Looking for possible solutions to this issue. Is there some problem linking between Deezer and Sonos? Ive been using my system for ~ five years problome free until yesterday

I have the following setup:Arc One 2 x One SL (paired in surround with the Arc) SYMFONISKAll running S2 v12.2.2My router is a Unifi UDM PRO running v1.8.6 firmware.  I have two Unifi AC-HD access points running firmware 4.3.2811361.All five speakers have DHCP reservations from the router. I’m running a 24-bit subnet with no VLANs.The Arc is wired (WM: 0), but all the other speakers are wireless (WM: 1).When I use the Sonos app to play a Spotify track, everything is fine playing to the Arc or the One.  If I try to play to the SYMFONISK, it fails with the message “Spotify - Unable to play (track) - the connection to Spotify was lost” and skips to the next track which also fails with that message, and so on until the end of the playlist.If I try from the Spotify app to connect to the SYMFONISK, it fails to connect without any error message.I have rebooted the router, changed the DHCP reservati
