I recently changed my router and reset all my sonos equipment. Everything works except my Port. I can't get any music to play from Pandora. Any idea what's wrong. I purchased the system in 2021.  

S1 suddenly saying 4 of 7 speakers are incompatible.  2x Play:5 & Connect:Amp ok.Playbar, Sub & 2x Play:1 now incompatible.  Was all working fine yesterday.   

I am adding my voice, again, to the many frustrated users who cannot understand the complete lack of interest from Sonos in fixing this issue. It was working in the old Sonos app, it should not be hard to fix it.

In the Sonos app I get AppleMusic but when selecting e.g. a song I get “No items available”.I have deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app, restarted my iPhone, reinstalled the speakers and re-authorised the app for AppleMusic (three times). What next? Does anyone have a solution please?

Hi as per title - Is anyone having problem with Apple Music Recently Added? I'm getting Something went wrong. Try again.I normally use this ‘feature’ a lot I add new music in Apple Music app and then switch to Sonos to play it. I’ve been away a few days and just got back and I’m now getting this error. Everything else is OK. I tried removing and re adding service but same error. I’ve log the problem with Sonos support. Thanks

Recent update to Sonos app on Android and now cannot see controls anywhere except within the app itself. No lock screen controls, nothing in notifications bar, physical volume buttons don't control volume. Anyone else experiencing this? Pixel 5 with Android 14.

All TuneIn podcasts suddenly loop over the initial TuneIn ad and won’t continue onto the podcast

The system continually defaults to the bedroom which is the room I use the least. I always have to switch it back to living room before I can listen in the living room. How can I fix it so that it does not default to the bedroom? Do I always have to Go and choose the room I want to listen to even though I want it to default to the living room or whichever room I was using last?

Hi, I am having an issue with YT Music, it was connected fine but the playlist wasn't sync'd and I tried removing and adding it back but now it shows no playlists and can't find ANY songs on YT Music. There are no errors, I tried unplugging the speakers, deleting the app and reinstalling it, rebooting my router and wifi, nothing works. I tried using a non premium account (just to see if it worked), it also doesn't work. I was wondering if there is a way to see logs so that I may see why it doesn't work? YT Music on my phone or computer work fine.

Recently we upgraded our wifi network. Havent had the need to use the sonos app for a bit.When I logged in, the subsequent screens were exceptionally grainy to the point I cant use the app.Deleted it and re-installed no change.Restarted the phone, no change.Am I doing something wrong, or the the whole App now flaky?TIA

Is it just my system or has the fade out facility when listening to a playlist disappeared.  Surely not? I think it enhances the listening experience if one song fades into another.ThanksTag

Hi All,Woke this morning to find that if I search an Artist and go to choose them from Qobuz, I get 'No selections are available' - this only affects the search. I can choose Qobuz from my services & all my favourites are there and play perfectly. This only affects Qobuz, Spotify etc show results as usual.Have rebooted the router, no change. Re authorised Qobuz, still no difference. Any ideas? I'm still running S2 16.1 (no intention of updating currently) 

I am very disappointed by the long lasting ´alarm issue ´ and I’m sure not the only one.  What do you suggest ? BR,A tiny client of Sonos…

Anyone having issues with Qobuz in the UK on the S1 app? Every time you select an artist catalogues don't appear. Seems to have been like this for a week or so. You can view under albums but it's a pain as you don't just get that artist.

I updated my Lenovo laptop to Windows 11, and now Sonos won’t connect. I have Sonos One. I did all the suggested steps (turning wifi off/on, restarting laptop, unplugging router/plugging back in, powering down Sonos speakers/powering back up), but no luck. Sonos is an allowed app through my Avast firewall.I have repeated the above steps several times. Any ideas? Thank you.

This has been posted about many times.  Sonos claimed a year ago that this was fixed, but also posted that it wasn’t a bug, but a feature, requiring us to manually change tags in every compilation album. I guess that means I should give up on this “feature” ever being fixed and, per recommendations, I downloaded mp3tag.  Changing album artist to various artists worked for the three albums I tried.  So my questions is, for those who know tagging and mp3tag better than I, should I just go to the “compilations” folder in itunes and select all songs on that tag and make that same change, rather than going albuum by album?  Seems that would work but I hesitate to make such changes, since they’d be, I assume, impossible to undo if it messed things up.  Thank you.  

For about a week my Sonos morning alarm on my One SL speaker between 5 & 6 am fails. When I’m awake I can see in the Sonos app that ‘connection to Spotify was lost’ for each song it attempts to play. I have to go to the Spotify app to play a song first and then I can go back to Sonos to play music from Spotify (either directly or via an alarm again). Every morning same issue - it’s like the backend connection between Sonos and Spotify gets reset or ‘lost’ during the night. My home network is optimal and the speaker has a -59 dBm internet connection - so very good. This just started out of the blue in the past week

Hello,I am unable for some time to launch a radio from a title from Spotify from the Sonos app. The app says “the connection to Spotify have been lost”. The connection to Spotify is active (everything else related to Spotify works) I’ve tried to reauthorise the account - changes nothing I have this issue with any titleThank you for your help

How do I get a new members playlist on the Deezer app onto my Sonos playlists.I can't seem to access the playlist on Sonos 

Sonos app stops after song and doesn’t go to next. This happens irrespective of streaming service or location (e.g. if i use on a separate system). Using airplay (eg. Spotify connect) works fine. How do i fix this?

It’s been a while since I’ve heard anything about progress towards resolving the Compilation Albums Issue in Local Music Libraries.I believe this is the current state of things:Sonos does not recognize the “Compilation Album” tag. Sonos does recognize albums tagged with Album Artist as “Various Artists” -- this is good. HOWEVER, Albums not tagged with “Various Artists” show up with as unique Albums for every Contributing Artist.  Example:  Suppose we had Billboard Greatest Hits 1986.  This would show up as 10 separate albums … one for Bangles, one for Huey Lewis, one for Mr. Mister, etc. Albums that are tagged with “Various Artists” fix this, but the Contributing Artists are invisible.  This means that if I look in the Artists list, I do not see Bangles, Huey Lewis, or Mr. Mister … it appears that I have no music from them, though clearly I do.  They show up when I search for them, but do not show up in the index. Hi Team:Issue Description:go to Sonos App => Amazon Music => My Music => Albums, you will see nothing there, even though I have 7 albums in my Amazon Music library, but I cant see any of those albums in Sonos.Same happens to “Artists”, but no issue for “Playlists”.I attached some screenshots for your reference, could you help to check if this is Amazon issue or Sonos ? Thanks  

Can anyone advise on this please? I have a lot of Sonos components - two Connect:Amps, 4 Play 1s and 3 Play 3s. Everything is running on Sonos S1 as most of them won’t support S2, and all my music files (about 50,000) live on a 10 year old Buffalo Linkststion Duo LS-WXL NAS The NAS also has video and movie files that are accessed by the various TVs around the house The whole home network is wired so nothing, including the Sonos, is wireless (except for iPads etc). It looks like my NAS is failing - I’m still working out if it’s a failed drive which would be easy to replace or if it’s the whole unit. If it’s the whole unit that needs replacing then I can do that but my question for anyone here is, what replacement NAS do it get? I need it to run with Sonos S1 or I’d have to replace my entire and expensive Sonos system, which I don’t want to do as there’s nothing wrong with it. Im not en expert in these things but I gather there may be an issue with SMB versions with a new NAS and Sonos S

System was working decently and prompted for a required update yesterday (10/09/2025).  Since the update, I pretty much have a bricked system.  Takes several minutes for any app (desktop, iphone, etc.) to connect to system, but once connected, insanely slow and wont connect to any of the speakers or streaming services.  System has been rendered useless since update.  A look at reviews in the app stores over the last few days shows the same. It has gotten insanely ridiculous with SONOS.  If it wasn’t for having invested thousands into their ecosystem that is integrated into each room in my house, I would gut it and go with something else. At this point, it feels as if SONOS is just screwing with their customers.  Honestly, they probably lost any good engineers and coders they had and went with folks that only know how to vibe code - garbage in = garbage out. SONOS… is there a hotfix on the way to at least make our systems functional again?!
