The Sonos app is so dogs***… why? reasons why my dog can make a better app with his butt: no custom radio  stupid pinned s*** at the top of my app  lost ability to connect to radio stations outside of the Sonos garden Finding my offline music takes like 20 steps  did not even revert the horrible app after community said pls give us back the old app  tunein radio doesn’t work as advertised, lost of help articles are inaccurate because they refer to old app overall, I’m never buying another Sonos product. Is it just me?  I have complained to Sonos several times that the music player app on my Mac does not scroll long titles etc properly. IWhat you expect to happen is the text string scrolling off to the left, so the start of it disappears and the bit you couldn’t see before slides over from the right.What happens is the whole string disappears and the left part of the string slides in from the right until you can see exactly the same bit as you could see before. You never see the right hand end of the string.Every other app in the world scrolls properly, why on earth can’t Sonos sort it out?

I have a music library on a NAS. When I first connected it to my Sonos system I mistakenly selected the group by artist option. Where I have albums which feature tracks by different artists the library lists them all individually rather than as one album. I would like to change the groupings so it is by album.I use the Android app and under Settings - Music Library the only option is rescan library. There is no option to change the ordering. I found a help page which implied there should be an option asking which ordering I want. Where do I find this option?

I’m having issues whereby nothing in the Sonos Pocketcast plugin is syncing too or from my Pocketcast app / account. I see this was a problem previously but threads have been closed for comment, but a quick search of the internet shows this is still a problem for other users also. Is there a solution?

How do I play prior radio stations on my Sonos era 100 I had unplugged it yesterday by mistake and it’s stuck on a blues station 

My sonos 1 music cuts out when I listen to 93.1 wxrt via Audacy. This doesn't happen when I listen to non Audacy sources. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting power etc.   Any suggestions?

Since the last update of Sonos app, 2 weeks ago, when playing tracks using my iTunes library it skips tracks when playlists or complete albums are used.it plays perfectly then there is a pause of about 20-30 seconds and when it resumes it has skipped several tracks usually 2 . I can manually go back to the next track it was supposed to play and it is fine then periodically it does it again.the library is made up of aac and mp3 tracks, about 35000 tracks. Sonos controller on PC windows 10 wifi speed to router 351 mbps. Using Sonos port any help appreciated

I’m considering upgrading from my Apple homepods to a Sonos multi-room system for an improved sound and movie experience.I believe I can use my Apple Music and Spotify accounts already without issue.But before I make the jump I’d also like to know if I can listen to Lbc, Classic FM and Gold UK radio stations without a preroll ad or jingles before I start listening.I’m not a fan of the tunein radio model and would also  not be interested in any more subscriptions, I have more than enough of those already.Considering the outlay will be substantial, could someone please help out, before I make an order.Thanks for the heads up on this subject.

I recently stumbled upon the very interesting web app. I have three different locations on the same Sonos account, each with its own system (Home, Work, Office). The web app allows me to control and manage multiple systems remotely, which is fantastic.Once I've connected a system, I can't switch to another one. I have to disconnect and reconnect, but I can't change systems. Each time, I have to disconnect, clear all history and cookies to see the system options when I log in.Question 1: Do you have a simpler solution for switching between the Home, Work and Office systems (these are 3 different addresses)? Hi All,I am no longer able to listen to a station on myTuner Radio and I’m trying to get to the bottom of it.The station I’m trying to play is “Classical California KDFC.” It has worked for years without issue, but now I get the message “Couldn’t play content. Try again.” The station will play just fine on TuneIn, but I have no interest in using an app that plays 3 hours of ad rolls before a stream begins. It also plays through Sonos Radio since that is just a patch-through circus of ads from TuneIn. I have tried playing the station through my favorites and have tried starting a stream through a fresh search in case the URL has been updated, but it didn’t help. The stream works just fine when I use the myTuner website, so there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with the stream—it seems isolated to Sonos. https://mytuner-radio.com/radio/kd

Why is there no method to directly remove a speaker?  I have to wait for a timeout for my blown Sub 3 to be removed?These nanny-only methods are infuriating.  Some of your customers want to just get things done.  SONOS you can do better. 

Volume level slide bar will appear but an attempt to adjust volume makes it vanish or on occasion the slide bar won't appear at all. Anyone else have this issue? Resolution? Also any way to get the volume level number to appear on the tv screen? It sure is irritating to have to open the app just to see what level I am at.

I have a Sonos Roam (first generation) and a Sonos Connect:Amp (maybe 1st gen).When using the Sonos App - I can see both the amp and the roam, and control music. Things work flawlessly beyond the app being horrific.When using spotify directly - I can see both the amp and the roam and control music. This experience works the best.When using Apple Music - I can ONLY see the roam, and control music. I can’t see to get it connected to the amp. I have tried normal troubleshooting steps (restarting amp, etc), however nothing have been able to work. I’m trying to transition from Spotify to Apple Music. Any ideas to fix? Does the amp just not work with airplay but spotify is able to work around it?

Hello everyone,Lately, I've noticed the volume level seems lower when integrating Sonos and Spotify. I've tested this on several Era 100s, Fives, and Sonos Ones, and I find myself needing to increase the volume significantly compared to last week. Do you know if there have been any recent changes to the Spotify integration volume? This occurs whether using Spotify Connect and the Sonos app. Do you have the same feeling?

I have 4 x Play:1s and am getting fed up with the workarounds I have to use to play my own music. I know Play:1 isn;t compatible with Airplay per se, but I thought there might be a way of getting to work if I add a 5th, more recent Sonos device to the group. Is this is true, and iso, could somebody advise on the cheapest/easiest way of doing this? Thank you

For more than one and a half year, Sonos users have been waiting for a solution to the annoying issue that it isn’t possible to play albums (eg. from symphonies): When a movement (or song) has finished, it doesn’t continue to the next one. This is what ​@Jamie A from the Sonos staff wrote three months ago on a one and a half your old issue:I’ve contacted our team and raised this with them, after testing on my end and asking my colleague to try as well, we also weren’t able to play albums using IDAGIO. This has been raised as an issue as this is not expected and I’ve tagged this thread with the relevant bug report.We don’t have an ETA to share on when this will be resolved, but the team is aware and working on a resolution. Very weird scenario. I can’t remove or reauthorize any of my music content services. When I try and disconnect the service Sonos tells me it was unable to disconnect and there was an error please try again. When I try and add/reauthorize account because I can’t disconnect same answer it goes to app login page for Sirius xm and Spotify and tells me there was an issue reauthorizing the account. I call Sonos support and I can’t even run and submit a diagnostic to Sonos. It times out and says there was an error submitting diagnostics. I log in on the web browser through my desktop and all my speakers are offline. Super weird because my app shows all of them active. I can start Spotify only through the Spotify app not through Sonos and I can control the volume of each device from the Sonos app. I can also unpair groups and re add speakers through the app so obviously the system is working and responsive just appears to be an issue though the app and the browser. Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue with Sonos where any playlist that includes tracks from my local music library won’t play properly when I start it from the mobile app. The playlist loads fine, and all the songs are visible, but tapping Play either does nothing or gets stuck on “Connecting.”What’s strange is that the same tracks play normally if I browse the local library directly — the problem only happens when they’re inside a playlist. Streaming-service tracks inside the same playlist work without issues, so it seems specific to the ML entries.I’ve already tried updating the music library index, rebooting my speakers and phone, checking network access, and reinstalling the app, but nothing changes.Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas on what might be causing the mobile app to fail when playlists reference local library content?Thanks in advance for any help.

Do you have a timeline when you will support HiRes-Lossless from Apple to any Sonos hardware?  If so, will the port be one and when might it be available?

HiI have been trying to add Amazon music to my sonos, but Amazons message is that it has sent an OTP code to my email and I don’t receive it, the email that they sent it is a good one, I have tried and tried again and again, their is no choice availlable to send it by text, Can someone help me.Thanks 

So there is the message “couldn't play content. Try again” in 3 different rooms, while one works fine.I have tried rebooting the modem router and the Sonos speakers. Not the mesh. What is weird is that they all work when I choose “everywhere” from the first working room. Just not separately.
