When I’m using Spotify connect and I switch song, I have to press two times for it to play. If I press one time it just restarts the song that’s currently playing, then I have to press again for it to play the song I want. Happens to all the speakers.

When using Spotify Connect, Sonos only wrote the API which Spotify uses in their own software, to connect with the Sonos speakers. Sonos doesn’t have access to the codebase for Spotify Connect, so if you’re having issues with it (and it seems you are), you need to contact Spotify.
