Popmaster podcast on Rayo not updated since 12th June 2026. Please fix.

You may want to contact Rayo, or the Popmaster podcast themselves. Sonos merely points their system to the feed presented by Rayo. They aren’t responsible for the content that is on the Rayo servers.

I have the same issue, all stopped at 12 June. Podcasts are available up to date on Rato app so appears to be a blockage with the feed.

That's right folks, Sonos passes the buck to Rayo. Who aren't interested in fixing the issue, I tried.

Instead, why can't someone at Sonos OWN this issue and work directly with Rayo to fix it? You work as partners with the providers, so use that connection to, well, fix the connection!

Because “Sonos merely points their system to the feed presented by Rayo. They aren’t responsible for the content that is on the Rayo servers”?

Yes I know the problem lies with RAYO, not SONOS.

I just thought there might be a certain level of pride and curiosity from someone in their business, someone who thought “you know what, let’s have a look at this and see what can be done?”

But no, just “process” - what else should I have expected after the app disaster of the past 2 years or more...

What do you expect? Sonos has absolutely no financial relationship with Rayo. I’m sure they’ve passed on the issue, but I suspect it’s received little attention, since it came from a non-paying source. You have much more clout with Rayo, since you’re a paying customer.

You’d think Rayo (as well as other services) would pay more attention to groups that widely spread their content, but it seems it often is the case.

And the issue is often Rayo (and other streamers) CS don’t realize that Sonos points to a different server port, one that has access to SMAPI. They often check their own app, which access the data differently, and proclaim nothing is wrong, not understanding how Sonos truly works.
