Cannot select Deezer, only these two

HiSo I have my Spotify (premium) account connected to my Sonos system at home.I am running into the issue that if, for example, my wife is playing music at home, and I am out of the house, and I play music from Spotify, Sonos stops the music at home.This only started happening recently, and does not happen with Apple Music.Is there a way to prevent this?

I have an external hard drive with new/old music. I have amps, speakers, etc. in house and use Sonos. I want to add and organize the music from my hard drive to all of my streamed music collection. I’ve been told I need software like Elmedia Player to play the music which has created stress and dead ends.Why do I need Elmedia when Sonos runs all of my music now? Do I need a laptop,( or just Sonos) when I don’t intend to use it when I play music? Do I need to copy the music to Apple Music so can then add to Sonos? Seems redundant. I’d like to keep the music on the hard drive, plugging it in to my router, or____??? So I can just leave it there.Essentially, want to use an app to organize (into playlists) and play (all of my) music on my home stereo, and of course have access to this same music on my iPhone.

Hello,I upgraded my router (SSID and password unchanged), and now the Win10 PC cannot connect to the system any longer. I tried reinstalling the Sonos application.Both the Beam 2 and PC are wired. All speakers was originally setup to use wifi, but several months ago I was able to reach the Beam with a cable, so I believe the don’t use the routers wifi any longer.I can connect just fine with Android and iPad./Joey

As if the loud pop wasn’t enough, since I added more speakers to my Sonos system (I’d say that it was after adding the Sub Mini) I’m unable to send music directly via the Music app on iOS.My Sonos equipment is a combination of Arc + 2 Era 300’s + Sub Mini.The system does appear listed below, as you can see (it’s the one called “Comedor”): But I select it, even though it looks as if it was sending sound, nothing would play and after a few minutes the streaming to that speaker set would be cancelled and the sound will start playing on the iPhone instead.Surprisingly enough, if I add another speaker to the selection (even if it’s a Homepod), the sound will be send to the Sonos system. However, if the song is in Dolby Atmos, it will be sent in Stereo format instead (so it basically ignores the Dolby Atmos format. This does only seem to be happening when I only select the Sonos speaker system.I’m not sure if this is due to changes in iOS 17 or to the fact that I added the Sub Mini to my set

I have a brand new Sonos Arc and Sub Gen 3 and as the title describes, the AirPlay connection drops typically after one song. I use an iPhone 13 Pro Max with AirPlay and Apple Music. The problem occurs on my MacBook as well. After one song, if I’m lucky, two, the connection seemingly drops. I still see that the song is playing but the sound drops off. If I switch back to iPhone audio then back to Sonos system, it reconnects again and will play (and weirdly the volume changes) but then after a song, same thing.I’ve scoured both these forums as well as Apple community forums and troubleshooted just about every suggestion under the sun. Reset my Sonos devices, reset iPhone and Mac, delete and reinstall Sonos app, reset cable/router as well as multiple factory resets on the Sonos products. Set up Sonos as a wired SonosNet system. Turning off private address on iPhone. Even went as far as splitting my Wi-Fi bands into separate 2.4 and 5ghz SSID’s and tested both independently. I’ve spent ov

I use my Sonos system to listen to my Audible books.  I have hundreds of books so I use the search extensively, however, today I tried to search for a book while in the Audible list and Audible is not included in the drop down search.  So, it defaults to TuneIn and no results are found.  When did this change?  Is there a setting I am not seeing?  I tried looking under Amazon Music but that is specifically music not Audible.  Any help would be appreciated. 

Save yourself some time and just uninstall Alexa from in my case just from one sonos 1 speaker and then re-install it using the app on your phone. Tried at least 20 write ups on what to do and none worked. I still can’t get the app on my pc to recognize this device and amazon alexa does not appear on the list of services that can be added.

Multiple issues w Napster on Sonos app, mainly:“No connection” error fairly often and without cause  “Favorites” list is filled with scores of nonsensical titles and artists (see screenshot). I have no idea how they got there. Even if I wanted to “unheart” a specific track it’s impossible since no such artist/song exists and obviously tapping it leads nowhere. Scrolling to bottom of a long list such as artist tracks, albums, etc, it spontaneously scrolls by itself again to very top. There is NO method I can find to fully clear the Favorites, My Songs, Albums, etc lists which by now are too long t manage.What I have done, all not solving these issues:Deleted then reinstalled NapsterDeleted data and cache of Sonos appTried Napster both signed in or out to my Sonos accountLogged to Napster web page but data there isn’t synced to the Sonos app, so no luck Now, if Sonos is incapable, unwilling, or indifferent to fix a simple music app, then why offer Napster service in the first place and f

Trying to stream Sirius XM on SONOS and with any channel I select I get "channel no longer available" message.  I’ve rebooted router and SONOS Bridge, uninstalled XM app from SONOS and reinstalled 3 times, closing  app down each time.  XM user name is correct in SONOS.  Called SONOS tech and also called SiriusXM which after having me do all the previous mentioned tasks they tell me to call the other one. The XM app works on my phone, computer & car.  XM subscription is paid and XM service includes ability to stream on devices including SONOS.  Have used SONOS to stream XM for years, this problem started 2 weeks ago.  Have SONOS S1 app to match the speakers I have and have checked to make sure app is updated.  Any ideas?

My Apple playlists are no longer showing up on SONOS after this week (Nov. 17) update. Instead, it shows blocks where the playlist would be with “Internal error - Invalid Atom” as the message. The first 3 playlists show properly, but the remaining show this error message. 

Hello - I have a Sonos and Sonos SL. The alarms stopped working. It says that they’re going off but there is no sound. I already did this (see below) for both my Sonos speakers and it didn’t fix either issue.  Please help!  Thanks, Brianna  Please unplug the Amp from power for a time, then plug back in. Once the light has stopped flashing white, open the Sonos app and set an alarm for in a couple of minute’s time.If that alarm does not work, please erase all alarms, then create one again for in a couple of minutes time. If that doesn’t help either, please let me know. Hi,I’ve got a My Cloud Home and a Sonos1. I know the My Cloud service has been switched off so I’m having to try and map the NAS drive with my music manually. On a Win11 laptop using the SONOS1 app.I can select the NAS drive however when I try to connect I get the ‘serverstack’ error. I’ve set the  IRPStackSize REG to 24 (DEC) as per the faq but that hasnt helped. What else do I need to do? I’ve seen various messages re SMB - how do I check that on a My Cloud Home NAS drive? Any assistance is appreciated.R.

Can someone please point me to the windows 11 desktop app for Sonos 2?   I have searched Sonos to no avail, Windows store, general internet search. Thank you Update—-after search all evening I finally stumbled across it. Now if I could only get it to connect…

I’ve signed up to Amazon Music Unlimited and am trying to locate good Spatial content. I created a new Playlist in the Amazon Music app and added a Playlist to it but when I go to Amazon Music in Sonos app and My Music - Playlists I don’t see that Playlist I’ve created. Is it just a question of waiting for servers to replicate do you think?

Hi! I have had a Sonos One with Google Assistance which have worked perfectly when asked the assistant to play a song. I recenty bought a Sonos Arc, Sonos Sub and two Sonos One SL. These new speakers are in my TV-room and my old Sonos One in the living room.When asking the assistant to play a song it either chooses to play from my old Sonos One or my new speakers without my old Sonos One.I can´t group all the speakers in the app since I have to have three rooms to be able to do that. Anyone has a solution for this? RegardsPhilip

1 my phone offers chat support but I am number 20 in que My S2 app on my phone directs me to S1 app only and will not operate function or allow me to use my S2 app and Roam and play one speakers also on the technical support website it says the chat is closed but on the phone I’m in Que also the phone S1 app says it can’t find my system yet I have it playing with my sonos connect You have some seriously defective programs here

Hey folks. I’ve got a Raspberry Pi 4B hosting a samba share on my network that I’m using as my music library in Sonos. The share itself is using SMB is a 128 GB USB 3 flash drive formatted as exfat and remounted on every reboot with fstab.My hardcore nerd kicked in and I cut together some 12-hour tracks of ambient sounds from Star Trek as sleep aids. As you can see from the Explorer screenshot, the tracks themselves vary in length from 11:58:59 to 12:00:00. When they show up in Sonos, though, the track lengths vary WILDLY from anything as short as 5:37:05 (less than half the length) to something as long as 45:23:54 (almost THREE TIMES the length of the actual track).Is this a known issue? Do I need to update something in a config? I didn’t have this issue when I was hosting the exact same files from a samba share directly from Windows, but I decided to offload it to the Pi to ensure higher availability.Screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/qlOTNRx

Return of a similar issue reported and address back in the summer (2023). When searching the “My Music” subdirectory in the Amazon Music Service menu, the display of the artists and albums in the My Music library subdirectory is incomplete. The good news is that the music is there & can be accessed by searching. The problem appears to be solely that you can not look up all of the artists and albums in the subdirectory if you trying to make a selection of music to listen to.I called this into Sonos support 7-10 days ago. No change as of today (12/5). I appreciate that Sonos may need to engage with Amazon to resolve. Are other users experiencing this again? Please post if you are so we can help move the issue forward to resolution. Thanks all.

See the attached pic. This is in the Sonos app for macOS. Notice that the letter headings skip from “T” to “W”. In the “W” group is an artist starting with T, followed by U, V, etc. 

I’m having an issue with my arc and surrounds when I start music using Alexa. I have a number of Sonos speakers:surround upstairs  bathroom play 1 basement play 1 Arc+300s+sub Living RoomWhen I create an Alexa group with all four and say Play “name of the group,” I can see in the Sonos app that all four have been triggered to play. The problem is, it’s only actually playing on the first 3.  I tried a separate test where I asked Alexa to just play it on #4. Again, it looks like it’s playing but there is no sound, even when I crank it to 100. Now, if I do the exact same thing and start a song either individually on #4 or as a group using the Sonos app, everything plays as expected. I have no idea how to fix this. I’ve changed the name of the group in Alexa. I unplugged my arc and reconfigured it, then put the surrounds and sub into the surround bond again. No matter what I do, Alexa does the same thing - the music appears to play on all four, but it’s only three. One interesting thing is

We recently moved but took our existing wireless network with us - no changes to wireless configuration. Since move Sonos music pauses frequently for 5-10 seconds and sometimes skips.  It happens from multiple iPhones. Ping testing is normal for latency with minimal timeouts.  Wireless speed is over 1400 Mbps to the gateway.  No other signs of interference or latency.System is one playbar with sub grouped, and two Play:3 units.  Pause happens on all of them regardless of playing mode.  Any thoughts out there?
