Hi, for some reason can’t see Spotify service from the Sonos mobile app.

 

Is your country set properly on your account at www.sonos.com? Does Spotify serve your country via Sonos? 


yeah, i am in Canada and Profile Address is set to Canada. Is there any other location setting?


Not that I’m aware of. While I don’t understand why, I’m told sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to propagate, if you’ve made a change there. 

You may want to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
