I’ve recently had a new WiFi router. I have connected my Sonos One to the new network and enabled Alexa, Spotify, Amazon music etc. if I ask Alexa to play a radio station, it responds normally ….”playing Planet Rock from Rayo” for example, but then it doesn’t play anything.

Hello, I recently had Sonos setup in my home and the Pandora service was missing from the list of services.  The technician told me there are issues with Pandora and Sonos at the moment and that I should just wait for you all to get it sorted out.  However, when I search on your site it doesn’t seem that is accurate.  Is Pandora available or not?  If so what can I do to access it?

I use an older iPhone to control my system when I am using my newer phone for other activities. It has no sim card, just connected to network.  Only music and book programs on i-6.  I downloaded the Sonos app. Because phone is older, it won’t update to newer software but just reverts back to older version. That has not been a problem for a couple of years.  Everything worked as expected. I replaced a Sonos Roam today and now when I start the app it starts then crashes. It shows as active when i go to close apps but when I close and reopen it keeps doing same thing.  I have unloaded and reloaded software multiple times. I have rebooted the phone multiple times. I’ve even reset the iPhone. the App works fine on my iPhone 13.  Any thoughts

I have had very slow response and also missing speakers on the Sonos app on my Iphone.  I found a lot of info here on this forum that helped but never fully solved it.  Below is a list of things I tried before I was able to solve my issue.Get rid of services that are not used.  In my case I had several services and one in particular called TuneIn that once deleted showed improvement.  (Thanks to the member that suggested this). Limit your outside playlist to under 500 songs.  In my case I had Amazon playlists in excess of 1000 tracks.  I split my playlists and made them about 350 tracks so if I want I can add tracks later. I put all my Sonos equipment in a separate SSID with a static IP.  Make sure that ONLY Sonos equipment are part of this group.  My issue improved greatly by doing this.  I noticed if my Iphone was in the Sonos SSID the lag was there.  Once I removed my Iphone from the Sonos SSID the lag improved great

HI, I have an issue with my personal system and a few clients have the same problem. When listening to a track using apple music from within the sonos app, if I choose a new track while the other track is still playing it takes 10 seconds or more for the song to change. This I feel is too long and mostly irritating. When using spotify or tidal the transition time is a more reasonable 2-4 seconds. When I use apple music natively on my phone the transition is 2 seconds….My system is very simple, 1 x connect using S1 app…...Connect is making use of wireless comms to unif wifi point.  Any help or inside info on this issue would be helpful. 

Have a beam (gen 2) and a era 100.When I pull up the app to play music in my living or dining rooms, the room itself will disappear from my choices on the app, but can play the last playlist that was playing. You can change the song, volume etc but only on that playlist. After some time the room will reappear and works fine. Every time I have opened the app to change the playlist it does this. Update is not the issue as software is up to date every time. Any advise? Thank you

Since I have a new router I can't find the sonos speakers from the spotify app. I can play music from the sonos app via my spotify account. So spotify connect doesn't work properly.Also not finding the google nest's. I can play music from the google nest's by voice command.  As soon as the music plays I can see that nest in spotify connect, Before I had an experiabox v10, now a zyxel EX5601-T1. I don't use the wifi from the router (I tried though, didn;t make any difference). The router is connected to a switch en multiple Aruba AP205 accesspoints.The sonos system consists of 4 ikea symfonisk speakers in 1 room. 1 speaker is wired to the LAN Any idea how to solve?

Hi allI have some components only compatible with the old app and some only compatible with the New app. Everytime I have used the New app, the old app stops working and will only allow me to open the New app.Anyone Else with this issue and what is the potential Fix?  Components on old app, connect amp gen 1 and connectComponents on New app, sub mini and beam gen 2

So I got 4 Sonos 1 and one sub since 8 years and recently added an era 100 for my restaurant. While I’m happy with the amazing sound quality, I’m increasingly annoyed with the very lousy performance of the app and also sound disruptions, which is unacceptable. I’ve did EVERYTHING which the so called  Sonos technicians (perhaps they are bots) recommend. Got 1Gb fiber and then a latest generation mesh which is guaranteeing at least 600mb up and download in the whole restaurant. Sometimes I even shut down the power of the whole restaurant to reset all the speakers. Doesn’t work. Network is optimized for interference (coz that’s another argument or excuse Sonos uses). Curiously enough, when I play Spotify through the Sonos app I got random disruptions and when I use Spotify directly and connect to the speakers it NEVER disrupts. Starting the app when I want to control the music Takes ages. So this is so upsetting im really starting to look for another brand. I’m tired of all those excus

I've tried different configurations, every time I run Spotify on the Play 5, it stops and I have to turn the play button back on.But this only happens when I run the Play 5 standalone.With the playbar, the sub and two Sonos 3 it works wonderfully.I conclude that it is a Sonos 5 problem (and not Spotify)Dear Sonos team, is there a solution in sight?************ Diagnose Moderator Note: Recorded and removed diagnostic number. I have tried to add my iTunes Library on my PC to SONOS.  When I did that my PC’s Sonos App showed Music Library >Indexing.  Indexing has been going on for about 10 hours and is not yet complete.  I have approximately 2,500 music files.  Indexing over 10 hours seems much longer than what I have read is typical. Can someone provide ideas of what to do nextThanks

My question is related to Calm content NOT available via Sonos. For example, I can’t seem to locate “Your Favorites”, “Recently Played”. Is this a Sonos or Calm issue? I saw an earlier post that certain types of Music on Calm are not available via Sonos… BUT this is a different topic. Any insight into why these sections do not show up in Sonos?

I tried to connect to my stingray app through Sonos 2. I received a error message. I uninstalled stingray and when I tried to reinstall it, it is not available anymore in the list of music service. Please put it back? 

I’ve been playing SiriusXM on my Sonos speakers for many years with no problems.  Worked great.  Now just over the past weeks it is not connecting. I called support and they said engineers working on it but no bulletin or notice. “Unable to play the selected item.”  If I try to browse SiriusXM I am told “Unable to browse music.”  I’ve logged out of sonos and disconnected sirius multiple times. S2 app version 16 and  iphone 15 pro max.

After having my WD My Cloud Home no longer work with Sonos, I need to add a new NAS to my setup, specifically for Sonos.  Is there a list of compatible NAS options out there? Or is there something I should be looking for?  I don’t have a lot of music, and could get by with 2TB to have plenty of room to spare, I just don’t know where to begin this search.

I use Sonos mostly to access local files. The app told me today I’m going to need a NAS to do this in the future.i currently have around 16000 music files (and growing).My files currently live on my newish iMac (running Ventura).I’ve spent a frankly disgusting amount of time curating this collection. It means a lot to me is anyone would probably guess by just being here asking these questions.At a minimum, I would really appreciate a recommendation on a good Nas for someone in my situation. Particularly with the emphasis on doesn’t know what the F he’s doing. If anyone actually feels like giving me a little more information on best practices for bringing one of these things home, I would certainly appreciate it.  

My Sonos system was recently hacked or hijacked.   One of my “rooms” in my house suddenly started playing head-banging music at highest volume.   Appears to have been a song streamed from Spotify.   I did not request this music, and did not recognize the song (full of explitives).   When I tried to stop the song and turn down the volume, the song would restart and the volume control was sliding back to maximum.   Clearly I was not in control of this device and service.I powered down my entire house AV system (modem, router, Sonos system, etc..).   I also did strong-password update to modem, wireless access points, WiFi, Sonos, and Spotify.I’ve uploaded support diagnostic information to the community.Is Sonos aware of these invasive events?

I like to queue up all albums of a composer (or artist) to play so I can work and listen uninterrupted. If I select a composer and click “Play all” the controller adds all the tracks to the queue but sorted in track order not by album, mingling the movements of each composition among other works.Is my only option to add each album to the queue, one album at a time? I’ve saved a few such queues but am hoping not to have to build up a long list of saved queues if there’s a simpler solution.

I’m having trouble triyng to play music on my Sonos system through the Plex app, it works fine playing music located on my Plex library using the Sonos app but just won’t work the other way around. When I try to do so I get an error message like this in the picture, both on my sonos app for desktop and on the sonos app for iPhone. I’ve been talking to the Sonos call center for support and they tell me Sonos is no longer allowing Plex app to directly control the Sonos app, but can’t find anything related to this on the internet. Can anybody help? Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

My entire Apple Music Library is accessible on my Sonos app except my Apple Music Playlists.  I can access my recently added songs, artists, albums, songs... but not my playlists.  Anyone have a solution beyond the obvious troubleshooting like reauthorizing account and deleting the Apple Music service and reinstalling?  I have called the support line, spoke with a representative, went through all the obvious troubleshooting (listed above), and still can’t get my playlists to populate.  This is a new issue, they were accessible before.  To add… I spent an hour on the phone with Sonos customer support and after all the troubleshooting, we were unable to resolve the issue.  The message I get when trying to access my Apple Music Playlists is:  “We’ve run into a problem.  Try again.”It seems very odd that I can access EVERYTHING in my Apple Music Library EXCEPT the Playlists.  I can even access recently added songs that have been added within a few minutes.  Any advi
