Roll it back please.  It sux.  Horrible. Painful to just select and play music now.   Why Sonos, why?

On my Sonos app (both iPhone & iPad) when I search for an artist most all of their albums & singles show up. But there’s also some singles and compilations missing towards the end. Unlike when I open and search on Spotify app, all albums, singles and compilations are listed. The only way I can play those missing albums is thru airplay. 

It is the worst app, ever!! It is extremely slow to respond (if it responds at all) and always has connection issues! i started thinking it must be my wifi but it’s most definitely not because every other app and service works perfectly well.  I’ve now resorted to just using my Spotify app which is amazing as always and doesn’t seem to ever be bogged with these issues!So disappointing Sonos! We didn’t need a new looking app but just a better working app!! 

I set up my Era 300 speaker yesterday, testing it with Apple music. Both lossless and Atmos sound worked fine. Today, the speaker doesn't play Atmos at all.If I select in IPhone music settings “Atmos automatic", I get Atmos sound with my AirPods Pro (audible and shown in the Apple music app). When switching to Era300, the Apple music switches automatically to lossless. If I select “atmos always on” in the iphone music settings, I get again Atmos sound with my AirPods Pro but even the lossless sign disappears from the Apple music app. Thus, Era300 is playing only normal voice quality, not even lossless. It is of course noticeable in the Era300 sound quality that it doesn't play Atmos.  I haven't found any way to get Atmos working with Era300 even though it worked well yesterday. Reboots and any changes in settings doesn't help. As Atmos is a major value point of Era300, and Apple music one of the major services for Atmos music, I will return the product unless I get this issue fixed. An

I cannot any longer listen to Cadena SER, the most listened radio station in Spain, via the Sonos app. Tis happened straight after the update. I have searched the station again and it does exist but when I try to play it it does not launch/sound. Tune in also has an error. This is very frustrating because this is the main use we give to the Sonos app. 

why can I no longer add to my albums and my playlists. Saving only to favourites is hopeless- no grouping to music genres, individual artists. if it ain’t broke…

I am running separate sonos and sonos s1 systems.My s1 system on has my sonos connect using hibfi separates. This has been working fine until recently. I opened my s1 app and could not connect. After following troubleshooting guided I did a factory reset on the connect. Now I cannot do anything. The connect just has a flashing mute button, and the s1 app just keeps trying to connect to my new system.What can I do?

I used to be the biggest and most enthusiastic supporter of Sonos, and now I want to rip everything out of my walls. If they even had a single competitor that did Wi-Fi whole house music, I'd be putting everything on eBay and starting over. The new app update that came out recently makes almost every feature difficult. I constantly get the error message "something went wrong" when looking for libraries, playlists, or really anything. I have reinstalled the app twice. I have removed and reinstalled every service within sonos. I have used two different devices, one apple and one Android. My Plex server sometimes shows up, sometimes says that there's no data in it, and sometimes just gives me an error message. My network attached storage pretends it's not there 90% of the time. The five devices I have on my network sometimes just decide they're not going to be there anymore and I have to reset them. Lean is a terrible approach hopefully you’re not using it with your devs - it’s the only reason I can possibly accept that could result in the mutant crap you released as an update to your app….what a disaster. Fix up chums!  

Woke up this morning to the new app, I knew search was going to be a disaster as they've been pushing the "new" search before that is clearly much worse than being able to simply pick what you are searching for and seeing only those things (albums, songs etc).However it's even worse than I imagined. It always shows results from BBC first now, even after setting You Tube to preferred (no way to order beyond put this one first) and You Tube never shows any results, either on my library or the main thing.I've reorthorised the account, didn't make any difference.  How do I fix this? Can't believe an app update has bricked my expensive sound system. 

Hi Sonos,After uninstalling, unplugging, and removing functions within the app.  Nothing works again.  I've never had a problem before and I cannot enjoy my music or options with my Sonos.  Looking for some help to see what and when is this going to be fixed. 

Since the update Sonos has lost connection to my music library and will not reconnect. All I get is an error message saying “Sonos was unable to add the shared folder”

I use Lutron Pico audio remotes to control my Sonos devices. The Lutron app allows you to select a speaker and a Sonos favorite to play, which is stored on the remote’s favorite button. A couple of weeks ago the Lutron app began displaying a Sonos favorite that no longer exists. The favorite can’t be deleted or removed using the either the Lutron or Sonos app.This is an issue because the phantom playlist has broken the playback functionality from the Lutron audio remotes. The remote is designed to cycle through your saved favorites and the system will stop playing (or won’t start playing) when it comes to this non-existent playlist.I’ve contact Lutron tech support and they weren’t able to help. There must be some way to get rid of this ghost playlist.

Does anyone know when the 50 Spotify playlist limit issue will be resolved? Ever since the “update”, I can’t see all of my Spotify playlists using my iOS devices.

When using Amazon Music, only the first 20 songs or so can be played.When I go beyond that in My Library Of songs and try to play a song.It always comes up "something's wrong"

Why is the new app removing basic functionality??!!  For example when I go into Tidal on the Sonos app now and select Artist Radio I can’t add that as a playlist anymore.  I can only select individual tracks from the list!!  I can still do it on the windows app :D

SONOS are a disgrace. Their new App has destroyed many loved features. One feature I used daily and is now no longer accessible was access to my Local Music Library. Promises of fixing this seem to be insincere. What is the point of a music system that can’t access your music!Whilst the desktop version still shows my playlists, any local library song on the playlist is now greyed out and the playlist just skips to the next online music providers song which is on the playlist (Deezer etc) Attempts to add the library again via desktop are unsuccessful as the ‘NAS drive etc’ section under the ADD music menu can’t find the Local Library attached to my Router via the USB port in the Router (EE / BT router less than 1 year old). We had workarounds to listen (most of the time), involving constant mobile reboots (almost hourly) but after being forced to update the app again last night, after multiple reboots of everything now I have:cannot play SiriusXM (which is our primary and constant Sonos use), app can see all the speakers and the music service, can see and select channels, but instead of playing get ‘something went wrong’ msg got music started on PC app (which could only see and play two of the speakers even though the mobile app could see all speakers), and when I opened the mobile app (after another reboot), could add the other speakers to play but still at a very loud volume which the app listed as -1 volume) cannot control the volume in app; speakers show volume of -1 but are loud and cannot be controlled by anything other than physically adjusting the volume button on each speaker Even after reducing volume on speakers manually, it creeps back upOur setup is Android app vers 80.03.04-release+20240618.

Hello, i noticed that after last major update the app has many issues.in my case specifically it gets stuck during booting.there is the logo fullscreen and stay there till either android kills the app because not responding or it actually starts but it takes a couple of minutes, in which I can't use the phone. my phone is a Xiaomi 9T running android 11.i had no problems since lastest updates.and now It's basically impossible to use my speakers. i already tried wiping data, cache, clean uninstall blabla.and googling the problem it seems a lot of users out there are having issues. what to do?

Is there an App out there that is compatible with my speakers, so that I can get rid of Sonos and the issues it causes with it’s inadequately tested updates?My issue is that my libraries, purchased tracks and albums, built over several years, have all disappeared. I have tried re-mapping them, but Sonos is unable to link to them now, stating error code 913. I contacted Sonos, who suggested I just use my 2 Airplay speakers! I escalated the issue and Sonos replied to me, suggesting that the issue is the age and older version of my MacBook. However, my Mac was purchased earlier this year, so is brand new and running on the very latest versions of everything

How do I remove the recently played area from my IOS app Home Screen?  Every time in click on one of the icons I get an error message along the top of my screen that something went wrong. I seem to be getting that a lot.
