Sonos is super successful at making the worlds, most unfriendly and most frustrating app.   I wonder if it was designed by five-year-olds with   no thumbs.  
 

whoever designed the interface should be fired, and they should hire some kids from the local high school to build a much better version or revert back to previous app.

If you’re perhaps having trouble getting the new Sonos App to work with your Sonos products, then it maybe best to reproduce the issue and immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and then contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to help you to resolve the matter.
