I just played an old playlist. On my computer, where I am still using the old app, I see that it’s playing, and I can see that there are a lot of songs in the queue. But in the new app is says the queue is empty, even though it also says it’s playing a song. Is there a way to really see what is in the queue?

I really do love the Sonos stereo pair with sub system.  Got my wife one as well.  We share an Amazon Music account and all is well there.  Just added an Apple Music Family Account as well.  When using “Hey Sonos” commands there are songs that will play on mine and not on hers and other songs play on hers but not on mine.  Have never had this issue with Amazon Music.  We use Apple Music in her vehicle as well.  Any thoughts on why this is happening and how to remedy it?Thanks in advance..

The Sonos App works on my computer and my Samsung phone work fine, but I've downloaded onto my Wife's Iphone 14 and it just can't find the system. All are on the same Wifi network?

How do I control room volumes separately on this new app?  

So since the new app update my Sonos mini sub wouldn’t work with my Sonos ones tried to reset  however now it just won’t connect but will show up in the tab menu for a bit then disappear im also having issues with music going on & off or skipping as well as my ablums on Spotify saying something went wrong what going off here as I have over 10 Sonos items that cost me a lot off money for me not able to use the products properly what’s going off Sonos?????  

A couple of weeks ago I was able to add my own music to my Sonos system, tried to add a mix yesterday and I am now getting this error “UNABLE TO ADD SHARED FOLDER TO YOUR MUSIC LIBRARY (913)This is really annoying and frustrating that I can’t listen to my own tunes, what has changed? and is there a fix for this?

What on earth have sonos done. Five years of trouble free operation, and then today’s upgrade destroys the entire setup. Phoned the support line, only to be told 95 minutes wait time.its a joke…. I assume.????I wish there was an undo button. This truly is extremely irritating. Did nobody check this mess prior to release.No doubt there will be no apologies or an offer to resolve this bloody fiasco.GUTTED. 😡😡🤬🤬🤬 AN ENTIRE DAY WASTED !!!!!!!!

Following the most recent updates, long-standing alarms no longer work. Newly created alarms don’t work.

I recently moved my music from PC to Mac and now Sonos refuses to see it. I go into the usual manage settings to add music from my computer or external drive, find my music folder on my Mac (which is on the Mac’s SSD) andI get the error “Sonos unable to add the music folder.  Access to the shared folder is denied- check the user name and or password”. I have checked and re-checked that the folder is shared but do not know what else to do. It was so simple on my PC!!!Any help please?

I have the latest release of the Sonos app on my iPhone. The relaxers notes say that it will now enable me to find my local music library on my Mac which is running Catalina. I have followed all the instructions on both Apple help and Sonos help. I still cannot add my music library  to my Sonos system. I am so frustrated as I have a large music library of ripped CDs and I cannot play them on my Sonos system. Can anyone help please.

 Apart from the listed problems with music libraries, sleep,alarm, wifi channel options missing and Rova issues, I’ve noticed another, forgetting Sonos systems.This is when i leave my home system and go to work which we have Sonos, when i opened my app with the old app, this would seamlessly connect to the work system, then when i get home seamlessly connect to my home system and so on. Now the new app requires me to ‘join new system’ every time i go to work and come home. It doesn’t remember or seamlessly change between the 2 systems. I also tried this when going to my parents home and brothers who have Sonos. I am on their local networks and the same issue. I have to join their system, then i get home and have to join my system. Too many bugs on the new app, and Sonos should allow us to download the old app until they sort out all the problems. Im sure once the bugs are ironed out, this new app will be a better experience. I have noticed when it is working, it is quicker on connectio

Hi since the updates my system (running the S1 app) is no longer showing playlist or album names when browsing Apple Music. See the screen grab   I have tried removing Apple Music and then re linking but no joy    is this a So os issue or something I can resolve? thanks for any input   

Good afternoon, I have been operating Sonos successfully for the last four years such that we have music, at the touch of my iPad, throughout the house. The system was linked to a Toshiba Hard Drive, containing my music, plugged into a USB port on my desktop computer.  Recently the desktop computer failed and had to be replaced. I am now trying to set up Sonos to communicate with the Toshiba Hard Drive plugged into the USB port of the replacement computer.  However, I am now unable to link the hard drive to the Sonos System via the Sonos app.  Going into the Sonos Menu, if I click on “Manage” next to the System name, the option to access the Music Library is simply not there! – although, I am sure that my search via Google indicates this should be the case. The iPad I am using is an iPad Pro running iOS version 17.5.1 so it is fully up to date. Advice on how to link the hard drive to Sonos would be appreciated. Thank You and Kind Regards, 

HI  My Sonos and Spotify are up to date. But during or after the ads, i dont have any sound. Has to do with Sonos, because i don't have any issue in the car. Someone a solution for this? 

I am trying to access various bbc radio stations via bbc sounds, but can’t get anything. Is there currently a problem? Thx

Can I add my music library using Sonoma 14.5?

Updated to the new app yesterday.  When I try to use the volume sliders on a group of speakers, or individual speakers within the group, the volume does not change and the slider just pops back to the previous position.  Tried repeatedly to get it to work, no luck. Anyone else?

I don’t know what happen to the Sonos App….Today, I discover that the language option (the globe) disappear from the keyboard on iphone! I am unable to search music in other languages besides the default English !!!  Did Sonos mess up again? or is it something else?

Hi there! My system (Playbase with 2x Play:1, 2x ONE, port, Amp) worked well with AirPlay for years.Although all speakers are still shown in the control panels of iPhone and iMac 24” (14 Pro, M1, both latest OS, Aug. 2024), the following of them suddenly cannot be addressed any longer by AirPlay:- Playbase with 2x Play:1 (one room)- 2x ONE (separate rooms)Unplugging/booting of the speakers, the router and iPhone/iMac were without success. How can I put the mentioned speakers back into the AirPlay system?Or the he other way around: delete them from the control panel and install again?🤔 Thx in 4ward 4 any help!🙏🏻😌

Since the release of the new app, I’ve noticed that when I shuffle one of my playlists, the result always seems to be the same. It’s as though for a particular playlist and instance of the app, whatever is meant to be seeding the pseudo-randomisation is using the same seed value every time. This is an irritation for the shorter playlists, but for the longer playlists, it means I’m only ever hearing a few songs from the playlist. It’s all the more disappointing as during the last year the degree of randomness in shuffle had seemed to be improving. 🙄

Why? Why? Have you employed a development team that have no respect for users to upgrade your app?Nothing works, the queue won’t refresh, and you can’t edit it It is the least intuitive app I’ve ever used, you can’t find the search bar without scrolling the screenAny software company worth it’s salt doesn’t totally change an app customers rely on, they build regression testing suites and rank feature use, and make sure that they don’t break customer experience when they upgrade.You clearly don’t.The app is your entire customer experience.You have failed.Seriously, how can I downgrade to the old app?

I suspect no easy answer, and I'm done farting around with this new app, but any obvious trick to get access back to Deezer? I rebooted my router, uninstalled Deezer as a service (noting Sonos Radio is a permanent 'feature'), but I still can't access Deezer. I just get the below.I've given up (for now) trying to add my sub back or figure out how I can maintain access to some of my speakers (I had to unplug them last time to get them to stop playing and didn't feel like getting the ladder out today to plug them back in), but would love to at least get one pair of my Fives to work with Deezer.Any ideas? 

I see under latest app version we have now the option to connect or share a music library on a pc or nas. Used to be able to connect my nas music content on the old Sonos apps but now after trying for an hour cannot get a connection. Any advice?

I’d like to make a suggestion. Wouldn’t it be better setting up alarms for music to come on in rooms at certain times if you could tick boxes for the rooms you want it played in. This instead of the grouped rooms included button. Sometimes you have been playing music in say all the rooms, then the alarm/music will play in possibly every room. The this can be annoying some people living in the property and wake them up. You sometimes forget to alter it back before going to bed. Also the Sonos alarm chime can be very annoying when it come on instead of playing the radio/music you have set up for the alarm. These are issues I’ve not been happy about for a long time. Even before the the problems with the new app.
