Music Library Settings is greyed out on Windows desktop app & not shown on Android.

Unable to play music from my library. Occurred Saturday, 9/7. The Settings option under the "Manage" menu is also greyed out.

Was there a question, or are you just sharing information?

Sorry. Yes, I'd REALLY appreciate assistance with restoring access to my library.

I've read some posts about resetting the entire system, including a factory reset, but the scenario doesn't match mine. Have any of you encountered this? With all of the drama around Sonos builds, I hesitate to re-install.

Today I have discovered that I can play any of my music stored on my samsung phone directly to my sonos's one speakers via samsung SmartThings.  I now no longer have to access my music via network sharing on the computer or the sonos app.  Happy days🙂
