access to music library denied

I had a previous problem with this and some renaming and file sharing settings took care of it. It has popped up again and the previous suggestions don’t seem to be appropriate.  

Any ideas? Hold time on the support line is 60+ minutes.

Same with me.  I spent an hour on the phone with the help desk and they couldn't fix it.
