Hi, Sirius XM has started skipping (jumping ahead and cutting out). We have a wired system and the wireless is disabled. 3 amps and a connect that connect to our router then dsl. The speakers are wired to the amps. I’ve removed the Sirius Service and re-installed it… nothing seems to work? Really irritating since we listen to Sirius alot.
I am trying to access Apple Music. My daughter had it under her account and now I’m moving to my Apple ID. I have tried 3x and I keep getting the “We’ve run into a problem. Try again” error message. How do I fix this?
Hi, I have recently installed a new Sonos One and it when plat=ying through Alexa, it repeatedly cuts out for a few seconds then restarts by replaying the previous 1-2 minutes of previously played music.
I have two Symfonisk bookshelf speakers in my living room paired to work in stereo. Up until today they have performed perfectly. I’ve had them for about a year. Today they suddenly started losing the stereo - one speaker would drop the audio and then pick it back up. It is occurring in both speakers - it’s not like just one goes out. It started out fine this morning. After I had been listening for about 30 minutes it started and hasn’t stopped. I’m not finding anything like this when I google - most people have one speaker go all the way out. Both of mine cut in and out. Help!
4 of my Sonos speakers (2 x Sonos One + 2 Sonos One SL) disappeared. These were working fine for the last several months. I tried to add them back in after resetting and even though the Sonos S2 app says they have been added, I do not see them in my system. I have tried other methods as noted in Sonos App under Support>Find Missing Products but no success. In terms of my network hardware I haven an Orbi 6 Mesh Router (1 RBR750 +2 RBS750 all on firmware V4.6.3.7). 2.4GHz is on Channel 1 and 5 GHz is on Channel 48 - with Sonos on Channel 6.One of my Sonos PlayBar is connected to my Orbi router via an Ethernet cable connected to a Cisco Managed Switch (CISCO SG200-26), which is connected to the Orbi RBR750 router. I have also tried unplugging the ethernet connect for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in, before trying to add the Sonos one again.Diagnostic #386199281 Wifi Analyzer SnapshotSonos Network
I just recently bought 3 IKEA Symfonisk speakers which I have 2 as a pair in the living room and one in the kitchen connected over WiFi. Almost on a daily basis I need to reboot the router to get the speakers to work. Sometimes the app can’t find the devices, sometimes it can’t play the music on them etc. etc. I am very disappointed with how this works. There must be another solution than rebooting the router all the time? I am working from home and I can’t reboot the router as I need it for work. For instance, right now I only have music in the kitchen which I managed to start. Now the Sonos app says it can’t connect to any of the speakers but the music is still playing. Is there a solution to this or is it just a waste of my money?
My speakers continue to cut in and out. I’ve unplugged all of them and restarted the app and there all running on one wifi so I’m confused? My diagnostic number is 752225820
Why has Sonos become so unreliable? Skipping songs, dropping speakers, stops playing altogether?
Hi, I am using Sonos Port exclusively as Line out (no line in connected).Essentially I want to play music from the Sonos App into my PC speakers. I read that in this case there should be 0 delay. However I’ve been using it for a while and found there was a noticeable delay. How do I fix this? I’ve set Audio Delay to Low in the Port but still see that the Port is the only unit out of sync.
Hey Sonos Community,SummaryWhen using airplay to cast music to Sonos speakers, my iPhone 13 Pro iOS 15.2 system sounds (keyboard clicks, Lock Screen chime) get irritatingly loud to the point where you can’t use it. The Sound & Haptics indicate they have not changed. Expected behaviourWhen casting music from the iPhone to Sonos through Airplay, I should expect to be able to easily control music volume. I should also expect system sounds to be unaffected.Actual behaviourWhen using Airplay, I can control music volume but system sounds automatically get dialled up to 10 and so any system sounds that get played through the iPhone are dangerously loud. More infoLooking at Apple and Sonos forums, this appears to be an issue since at least 1 year ago with no fix in sight. I’d really like Sonos or Apple to look into it since it completely ruins the experience and makes me question the amount I spent setting up the sound system.I have no issues when using the Sonos app but I much prefer to u
Hello,I tested today the DTS sound with a Bluray Disc via a PS4 with my Playbase but the sound is hacked ( not continious). In the sound settings of the PS4, i did opt for the dts format.Does anyone know a solution for this problem?Best regards,monte03
for some reason I keep getting the 701 error “(An error occurred while adding tracks to the Queue) with only one of my Spotify playlists, all other Spotify created and self created playlists seem to play fine. I have 3700 songs in my playlist and the Sonos app definitely lists all the songs but as soon as I try to play anything from the playlist I get the error. I've tried playing the first song, shuffle, the play button etc and still get the same results. All apps and settings are current and please don't ask me to restart my device or router. This Sonos app is remarkably buggy and frustrating in other respects but I'm learning to live with it’s clunkiness in hopes of future improvements. Any solutions for the 701 error is appreciated as I really wish to listen to my playlist. Thank you.
Just hooked up my Sonos amp to my lg c1 with hdmi arc cord. The amp and TVs speakers seem like they are at battling one another to play sound. In the course of an hour show they switch back and forth 15-20 times. Any suggestions? It’s really frustrating
I have about 15 Sonos speakers, first one bought around 2010. Lately, the reliability has been very poor. App not detecting speakers, speakers dropping mid song. App telling me speakers are playing and they are not. Last network change was in 2019. Is it just me?I have an Eero pro mesh network, and literally no changes (that I’m aware of) for almost 3 years. Lately when trying to play music, I’d say the system does what I want about 55% of time, the other times there are issues.Anyways, just ranting, but it’s starting to bug me, was just wondering if it’s me and my network or if this is commonplace. Thanks
I have connected my Sony PS-LX310BT Turntable via Bluetooth to Sonos Move. Both devices say they are connected yet when I play a record no sound comes out of the Sonos move speaker, please can someone help ?
I’m an Apple user and have my IOS and Sonos devices working across vlans using mDNS. Unfortunately this doesn’t work for MacOS device. Any ideas on why not? Simple solutions? I was excited I didn’t have to do anything weird to get things working and only discovered the MacOS problem as I was wrapping up. Thanks
I have 4 Sonos ceiling speakers with individual wires going back to a Sonos amp. Unfortunately the speaker wire for the speaker furthest from the amp got damaged during the building works, resulting in only 3 speakers working. I can’t take a new wire all the way back to the amp from the broken position- due to newly plastered ceiling, 15 metres length and ceiling joists going in wrong direction, etc. Could I run a speaker wire across to the nearest other ceiling speaker and bridge from that one (approx 3 metres), instead of running all the way back to the amp? That way 3 ceiling speakers would be connected to the amp and one would be connected to another ceiling speaker. Happy to hear other ideas on I could get all 4 speakers working without too much destruction!
This problem has been going on for many months now, I live in Montréal, Canada. Many people seem to have reported the same problem and living in Europe or the US.This can happen a few or even many times in an hour and this is very annoying, please help!

Short story:I split my system to S1 & S2 now I can’t connect to the Bridge via my iPhone. The bridge has an IP address and I can ping it, I can also get to the webserver on the bridge (http://10.1.1.111:1400/status)The network lights are flashing on the back ok (tried both ports). I saw this post but that didn’t help: Started off with S1 running: Bridge (I’ve got a wide house), Play:1, Play:3 x 2 + Sub, Play:5, Play:5, Connect:AmpI then removed Bridge (replaced with Boost), Connect:Amp, & both Play:5 devices (non-S2 compatible); added 2 new Play:5 devices (waiting for delivery of new Amp). S2 all set up ok. Delighted.I reset the Bridge and Play:5, then tried adding it again. It seemed to add ok and whilst I can see it in the app, I also see “Unable to connect to Sonos” at the top of my iPhone screen. I also see no lights on the top of the Bridge (the show light option is set on in the phone app).I have also tried wiring a Play:5 direct to the router but that doesn’t work.
Wired Sonos system (IKEA) can see system in Windows App on computer but disappeared from ios app on iPhone and not visible in IKEA App but visible in spotify app on iphone.
I have a large house with 10 Sonos AMP units in the rack.4 of them keep dropping off the app and have red lights on them. We pull the plug and wait a minute and plug back in. They reappear. This happens a few times a week.
I have 2 sonos one in 2 different rooms and in both the speakers I cant’n stream music from Apple Music or any other service except from Spotify using Airplay. I resetted both speakers twice, restarded both the router and iphone but nothing changed.do you have any suggestions?
website allows sign in app will not
I have a Sonos surround setup with Playbar, Sub Woofer and two surround speakers. For some streaming services (Amazon Prime, TV Channels that broadcast in DD) that say it is broadcasting in Dolby Digital, things work fine and when I check in the Sonos app,it correctly indicates that it is receiving a DD input. However for some streaming services (HBO Max, Apple TV) the app only indicates Stereo PCM even though the service says it is broadcasting in DD. Appreciate any insight as to why things work with some services but not all.
