Here are some suggestions from Apple sources to fix problems with Airplay connections:
- Restart all devices and try to AirPlay again
- Toggle off Bluetooth, or if already off, try turning it on
- Turn off Cellular Data
- Disconnect from any other Bluetooth devices (like speakers)
- Connect all to the same WiFi network access point
- Reset your network settings on your iDevice in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
- Update iOS, and speaker firmware/software
- Move your devices away from other electronics and closer to the main router
- Renew your devices DHCP lease via the router configuration pages or reboot the router
- Switch off any Security/VPN software installed on the sending (mobile) device
This sounds more like an AirPlay 2 issue than it does a Sonos issue. If you’re able to use AirPlay 2 to stream Spotify (and not using Spotify Connect), that means the Sonos are working as they should. It sounds like an issue on your iPhone, in some fashion. When you say you restarted it, you did a full power down, and then brought it back up?
Just as a note, your profile also indicates you have at least one PLAY:1, which is not able to be a target for an AirPlay 2 signal directly, although it certainly can be grouped with another speaker that is receiving the AirPlay 2 signal.

No I left the power where it was, I waited but nothig happened.
I also found the same problem with other 2 iphones.
Replying to your note, I also have 2 Play:1 but they are not in this house
I have 2 sonos one in 2 different rooms and in both the speakers I cant’n stream music from Apple Music or any other service except from Spotify using Airplay.
I resetted both speakers twice, restarded both the router and iphone but nothing changed.
do you have any suggestions?
Are you sure Spotify is working through airplay and not Spotify Connect (casting)? You could test this by starting playback with Spotify to your Sonos speakers, then turning off WiFi on your phone. If the music keeps playing, they you aren’t using airplay as that requires a WiFi connection to your speakers.
Rebooting your iPhone does indeed mean powering it down completely, and then restarting it. Just “closing the app” doesn’t do quite the same thing, and if it’s an issue with iOS particularly, nothing will change without that power cycle.
Good to know we’re not dealing with the PLAY:1s, that would be a whole other kettle of fish, as they say.
I do agree with @melvimbe’s question as a potential, which would mean that you’re not actually using AirPlay 2 at all, but Spotify’s special system, which is completely different than AirPlay 2.
I’d also be tempted to, at the same time you’re rebooting the phone, reboot all the rest of your network. (again, yes), but unplugging all your Sonos devices from power, and while they’re unplugged, rebooting your router.
However, if you’re not using Spotify Connect, and indeed AirPlay 2 to get the Spotify signal to your Sonos Ones, as I indicated before, that suggests the issue isn’t with Sonos, but somewhere else in your iPhone, since the Sonos would have been proven to work properly with Spotify and AirPlay 2.
